    It's here

Haven't read up enough about it but I think for me I really need to tackle my problem head on without that sort of support otherwise I'll probably get addicted to that too

I hope it works for you all though, seems as though it has a positive effect!

    xx

Hi Jo - that article is the very one I read....it doesn't mention being addictive?

Fluffy - hope Jo's right hang on in there til tomorrow! Well done in anticipation of a 3rd day.....it's renowned as being the hardest (& I failed yest.......)

edit ; Jo also says no side effects or have I missed something...read it 3 times now!

No, WB, I was talking about the side effects! I said I would get addicted to it cos I only get addicted to things that don't have fruit in it or require me breaking out in a sweat.....well some things anyway ;)

Thanks for the advice Fluffy. I took 2 pills last night about 5.30 p.m and they worked fine for me but the timing was just co-incidence because I had just got in from shopping. I'll stick to that now and if I have them every day then perhaps I'll cut back on non-AF days too. At this rate there'll be a world shortage of Kudzu.

Agree with you completely about the bad sleep. The most AF I ever do is 4 in a row and that's not enough to solve my sleep problems but by then I'm really tired so that helps a little!

I just need to try to match you in weight loss now!!

Winebox, I totally empathise with your 'sod it' theory. I'm just the same but what I'm trying to ensure is that I don't slip up and drink on a planned AF day. I have matched my target against my 'social diary' (sounds really posh!!) with a few spare days thrown in for any last minute invitations. I don't want any dilemmas like you Miss P. Last month a friend had to change a lunch date from the w/end to midweek and I thought about nothing else for days.

Maman I think you will find the Kudzu help a lot on non AF days too. I easily cut down by one large glass [ 2 units] per night last week [ no mean feat for me  ] before trying for some AF days. I would like to have 2 - 4 AF days a week - hoping for 4!!!!!

Next step for me - buy a smaller wine glass for my non AF nights  :rotfl: :rotfl:

Fluffy, I know just where you're coming from with the glasses. We only use the tiny (125ml?) Paris goblets day to day. I just love huge, fine wine glasses with thin stems and really appreciate them in a restaurant. When I see them in shops I just tell myself they'd be a pain in the dishwasher!

Do you mind if I ask how you coped with losing weight and pouring lots of calories down your neck? Do you live on a few leaves?

Please excuse nosey comments, I've been really busy this morning so now I'm treating myself to a good trip around the boards!!
