BB, I was always told it was 'Behind every great man is a very surprised woman', but then maybe my Mother was a cynic!
Lurky, my thanks to you for keeping score through January and motivating us all - I will not have a last AF day to add as I'm going to have wine with dinner but your challenge has really helped me.
Winebox, thanks for doing February's totals, weird to think that tomorrow is already a new month!

Squeezed in at the last minute to hit my target of 25 AFD's. Drank a bottle of red last night and woke up feeling truely !!!!!. I just never learn...but I'm not going to beat myself up...25 AFD...is amazing for me.
Winebox can you put me down for 23 for february.....I will be having a very rare week off from DS during feb so will save my days up for a few nights out.
Well done everyone.LBM 10/08 £12510.74/0 -
Hi Guys,
Well afj to an end, well done everyone and here's to February's challenge. Cheers me dears.
Dear Lurky I have stayed af today, hey come on you wouldn't have expected anything less. Good thing is I'm not worrying about tempting fate anymore, I feel much stronger in myself and know that I won't drink. After reading the Alan Carr book reviews I keep muttering: alcohol is poison, but it is working. So as the lovely Esther M says: thankyou to himself you are a real inspiration and I am so glad you met your target, just look what we can all do when we set our mind to it, thats down to you my friend, so no more lurking around you are too important, hey and special. So love and hugs to you and Esther M and your family. xxxxxx
Pbt well done on achieving your target :T Hugs xxxxxx
Polaroid and Bhb where are you? Its the last day let us know you are ok. Love and Hugs xxxxxxxx
Ra if your lurking? Thankyou for your words of encouragement. Hugs xxxxxx
MollyPolly you are always there so thankyou. xxxxx
Yellow Monkey how about an icon? Hugs xxxxx
Eselt here's to roaring into February. Hugs xxxxx
Gc hey you made alot of people question alot of things these past few weeks. Hugs and I hope the giving up smoking is going well? xxxxxx
Winebox get in the headache tablets ready for the February scoring. Hey you have an hard act to follow. Take care lots of love xxxxxx
So to our merry little band here's to Feb and whatever it brings, good or bad we do it together.

Evening all!!
Yay for Lurky keeping score this month!!
Last day of the month...a saturday night...and I'm sober! Wahey!! Must admit to having horrible "Go and buy a bottle" thoughts earlier but I pushed them to one side and resisted. Been potty training so was sneakily going to use the stress of that as an excuse. Then felt a bit ashamed of myself.
February tomorrow and am feeling quite positive about being AF for all of feb. I know I didn't do ALL of January but at least I've drank a lot less than normal. And I feel a bit proud of that. And I'll be ECSTATIC to manage all of February!
So roll on tomorrow......
Miss P
