Fay, what Spring Watch Girl says is definately true, I stopped drinking for 4 months back in 2006 and what I felt was like a different person. Looking forward to feeling that again and not actually letting it slip away this time!

Woo Hoo I did it! I went to bed at 10pm wide awake but it was easier than stopping up. I nodded off pretty quickly, then the dog woke up barking at something and woke me up again! that was 11pm and It took me AGES to get back off. Once I was asleep again I slept brilliantly no bad dreams but I was really hot all night. I am so pleased with myself!!

Sorry hogging the thread this morning, but I just remembered my dream. Didn't dream about any of you lot, but all my work crowd standing outside where I used to work about 10 years ago smoking like a load of chimneys, gave that habit up a while ago now so dunno if it has any relevance with quitting another habit?

Also I read Springwatchgirls posts last night when I was going through the old thread. I was thinking last night in bed about what she posted,I also would love to know how she is getting on.
