I am actually looking forward to a night being AF tonight, especially looking foward to watching the 2nd corrie as I usually end up missing that one or forgetting what happens!

The key for me is to return to moderation after this challenge is over. That is be free to drink whenever I want but actually not keep opening something everyday.

This is the bit I'm failing at - moderation. I'm finding it fairly easy to be AF when in the normal routine at home (hope that doesn't sound smug but it was just breaking the habit I needed to do & I seem to have cracked that for the time being). But see how few days I'm at home in the normal routine!! And, now my problem is that whereas a lot of you cutter-downers are being brilliant at having just one or two, every non AF day for me has seen me having far too much. Now, I'm actually rather fond of binge-drinking & reserve the right to do it sometimes !! but I have got to leave behind the "all or nothing" mentality every time I start.
Jo - as we seem to be, erm, lagging behind a bit here I'm going to try for 4 AF days with you this week. Secretly hoping for 5. (Now it's not a secret - damn! There I go again - no self restraint)
Edit: I watch Corrie!!0 -

We don't have a telly in our living room - the lodger has our one but not us - how sad is that???
WB if it makes you feel better my moderation was only cos I couldnt (OH knows I am cutting down) buy a bottle of wine, so had one glass with dinner when out and then a bottle of OHs beer when home (i hate beer) and only a couple drinks on the first night cos no wine in the house (again OH's beer yukk) - so its more that I have sabbotaged myself than I was being good.
I feel a muskahound moment coming on - oh no so very 2008!!
Will happily try all week too and hope I don't succumb at weekend. New lodger arriving - lots to do.
PS you can tell I am working from home today - ahem xTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Re the debate about people going straight back on the sherbets as soon as January is over...I've never seen it like that, I was hoping we were all going to do this every month cos I know damn well it's got to be a lifestyle choice not a one-month wonder & at the moment this thread is keeping me going through times I probably wouldn't have bothered left to my own devices
Same here!
I won't be AF today, I am getting a bit slapdash now I have made my target this month.
I hope everyone is okay today.:AHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000
