My PAD for today is £113.41 towards my car loan.

It's been a busy day at work and am shattered so early night, but finish at 1pm tomorrow for working the weekend so plan to use the rest of the week to get some stuff listed on ebay and make a few more pennies to reduce this debt :A

It's amazing how one thread can make you so positive about something that has made me so down and tired about life for so long. I'm focussed and determined and it's all because of you! Thankyou everyone :D

Well done everyone on debt busting and weight loss progress this week and hugs to those having a tough time :grouphug:

Good evening everyone. I hope you've all had a good day.

Mine was ok until I got a call from MCS (the debt collection arm of HSBC) about the money I owe them. Considering I've been with Payplan for best part of 3 years and HSBC have happily been accepting the payments from them in that time, I'm pretty angry that they suddenly decide to pass it to a dca. The best of it is that this is the smallest debt I have and we are talking hundreds not thousands.

Anyway, on a better note, I've just sold an item on ebay for £51 so that along with my £2.50 saved from taking my own lunch means a payment of £53.50 today.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

Got £10 in tesco vouchers from survey site today so am going to put £10 in my PAD account and the voucher in my grocery purse.

Woo hoo also sold another 5 DVDs on amazon with a total of £29.10 so will take the postage out of that tomorrow and see what I am left with - hopefully about £25. :D

Got some bingo money back today so £1.50 PAD for me. This is all thanks to the forum for waking me up to this easy and quick way of making a few pennies every day. Had a NSD too.

Also made minimum payment of £138 on my tesco cc, but don't count that one in my PAD payments at the mo, that will probably be the next one to tackle...can't wait. :rotfl:

Is anyone thinking of applying for the island 'caretaker' job in Australia? Can't be bad - £140,000 pa (but for 6 months). Looks fab :D . We told the kids we were going to apply but DD2 is dead against it...not that we have a chance anyway, but is was a nice dream for a while....

Enjoy the rest of the evening.
