£1.25 to Abbey... That's going to have to be it until pay day though I think - I really have no money to make any overpayments - if I manage to earn money or get money from Quidco (Don't know why they haven't paid me yet!) Then I'll have to start up!! Roll on the 23rd Jan.. I have 90p a day until then!!Debt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270

Evening all £1.12 to barclaycard.
A mixed day really. Weighed myself at boots. Took my shoes off this time! So i'm 4/5 of an inch shorter but 6lbs lighter.......:j absolutely amazed and chuffed to bits, especially as last weeks weigh in was on Tuesday. I'm very overweight though so I suppose a fair bit will come off at first.
Got my virgin cc statement through and will update sig in a bit....always nice to get a statement.
Got flashed by a speed camera on the way home from work...... will have to wait and see if it comes to anything.
A note on ex's. My ex. We were together 9 years and when i fell pregnant he didn't wnat to know. He has never paid, nor had any contact with my DS. I fought like a woman possesed to get some sort of money from him. To save him from being prosecuted his now wife pays me £17 a week. How people like that can sleep at night is beyond me. (To be fair he sleeps with the help of about 10 pints!!) I suppose at least my DS doesn't get the continual let downs, but it's still hard. Fathers days, christmas and birthday are tricky. Being asked by the barber if he wants a haircut like his dad makes me inwardly weep. However, he thinks his dad is an idiot (even though he has never met him) I try to be diplomatic and just hope when he is old enough he will work it all out for himself. Just thought I'd share!LBM 10/08 £12510.74/0 -

Shame on your ex not paying a penny the pig  but tbh I wish my ex when he walked out almost 13 long years ago!!! had carried on walking and not looked back instead of his mind games and off and on contact as well as all the broken promises etc!!

I'm assuming (we all know what that does!?!) that it is on the back of a complaint I wrote about the c**k up they made of my balance transfer..... I will not include it in my PAD until I get a letter confirming this..... has made my pooey evening a little brighter though!
Letter sat on the sofa when I got home, confirming a goodwill payment of £117 onto my card.... nearly double what I had asked for them to refund:j
So that, along with daily £1.12 makes my PAD £118.12
AND as if that wasn't good enough, I get home to find out that OH has phoned Barclays and sorted out a payment plan for his £750 OD (£60 pm plus all interest/charges frozen), phoned Lloyds and requested papers to close his Platinum acc, and decided that he wants me to sort his daily finances and just leave in his acc what is his to spend:T Once everything is sorted and I know what he owes/int rates, I'll be doing a PAD for him too...
He didn't do the washing up though!'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -
OMG!
Away for 24 hours and so many posts....
I so want to nswer you al individually but haven't managed the quote thing yet & my eboa == keyboard is playing up
(toko me 5 mins to write this so far!)
To summarise - those of you with the ex's fom hell.. you have my sympathy... it is crap, but you are doing right being true to yourselves and the children!
Big payments, small paments, no payments... doesn't matter a long as we make an informed choice as to what is best for us at tha time, but at least do something!
Weight loss.. I wish..wd all of you..I believe life is cheaper if yu are slim...lol:rotfl: need less body lotion!!
Anyway..due to some good luck on my behalf I'm doing wll so far.:j
Nothing spent on:beer: and wins at b'ingo..
So my PAD =£10.120
