  • Morning gang

Just been reading through the last few days posts we definitely rock:money:

Been on the phone to Barclaycard again today and they again offered to transfer the £5300 back into my account I said they could if they wanted but it didn't belong to me chap started to laugh. After a long hold whilst he spoke to his manager said they would sort it and I would have a phonecall in 24 hours not holding my breath they promised that last time . I wouldn't be bothering but I want to close the card £29.01 to pay as my last two PAD have finally reached the a/c not going to pay any more in the hope they give me a hassle and being honest payment (a girl can hope :D).
So have decided to forget PAD to them.

Paid £1.78 to Mint yesterday so with my min payment coming out on 5/2 that will be cleared:j:j

Set up my Halifax CC to pay online (just over 13K balance ) so all PAD going to that now paid £10.69 today so total PAD £12.47

Hope you enjoyed your weekend Fag ash Lil, and hugs to anyone who needs it especially those whose OHs are not totally on board they will get it when they see all that spare money you will have when we clear these debts. My OH is on board but leaves it all up to me which is OK but it is nice to be able to share ups and down with you guys.

    Have a good day everyone.

    DTxx

Just seen your post greenbynature so sorry a special hug to you. Ex's can be real bar stewards.
  • No money in bank today, but a good few quid in my pocket so put £3.00 into my sealed pot.

Next time I need a tenner from the Cash Machine at work, I'll pay the £10 from my Bank Account to pay some debt, and pilfer some change from the pot for my dinner.

    PAD Today of £3.00

Ha !! Just been online and saw my balance as £37.01 - So paid £7.01 to my HSBC CC.

    TOTAL PAD today = £10.01

Good news is that I spend a lot of time (4 hrs ish) on Friday night working and then about the same on Sunday working so that'll be some unexpected Overtime (c£100 after tax) so that'll be goping straight to the HSBC CC.

TRICK : Here's a little trick for you all. Be generous and helpful, and go for the coffees for your team (collect the stamps and get a free coffee - just for you). I've just done that this morning and have anout for a free Latte this afternoon.... Ummm.

  • I have just found this thread and think it is a brilliant idea even a pound a day will make so much difference than nothing at all. Everyone seems so supportive and nice I would love to join in.

    Hi all
Sorry to hear about your ex Greenbynature hug.gif- the thing is when they do this to kids that you mind it doubly, once for yourself as you have to sort it out but mainly for the kids when they are let down by the same person AGAIN. I'm so glad that at least they know they have you to rely on. Hugs anyway grouphug.gif

So weigh day today and drumroll cooldot.gif please I have lost 5LBs dancing_banana.gifso to celebrate I have paid £5 for my PAD! Might even go to the gym this afternoon. REExeTreadmillHL.gif
