paulgonnabedebtfree - 8p paid is still better than no payment at all ....... I remember doing a payment of 1p one day when i was skint ! ..... Great news that your van is fixed and that you will now be able to get back to work ....Even better that you didn't have to use your credit card to pay for it .....

39forever - Glad that you have your Tesco clubcard money finally in your account :j ....

tuppie - Re : your 20ps ..... My credit card bills are not on 0% so i would cash them in and put them towards my PAD ..... But that's just my situation :rolleyes: ......

sazzledazzle - Good luck with your extra payments to your mortgage. Whatever amount that you can afford helps to bring the total down ....

pippo - Nice to see you back ..... Great news that you now have your O/H " on side " as well .....

almar - You are correct ..... No CHOCCY in my freezer ! ..... I can't even put a " crumble " in the freezer because i would be too tempted to eat it ! Keep plodding away at your debts and the next year will fly by .....

Double Trouble - OoooooohI get it now !..... I had read your " original post " a good few times and just couldn't " get to grips " with it and thought i was being thick ! .....

LoLo - I know what you mean about " the debt not going down fast enough " ...... But every amount you pay off no matter how small really does make a difference .....

Here's my Good and Bad for the day .....

The Good - Paid £35.28 to Virgin
Added £2 to my pot ...
Added 10p to copper pot .....

The Bad - Diet day has gone to pot ....... again !

The day has " flown by " for me today .... I went to work , than had a blood test at the hospital , a quick coffee with a friend , then back to work ...... Got back home around 3 ish , made a couple of phone calls ..... Then big mistake , i felt tired so thought i would " sprawl " out on the settee for 1/2 an hour ....... but my 1/2 hour turned into over 8 hours ! ...... I woke up at 11.55 pm ! ..... So i have just had my tea !! ...... Just read all todays " posts " on here.....Blo*dy hell there were loads ! ......It's now 2 am and i still feel shattered ! But am going to stay up now ,as i still have loads of things to do and if i go to bed there is no way i'll be up at 4 am ! .....

My daughter and I are going to Plymouth by coach on Saturday to see my dad , then we are getting the coach back on Sunday , I have a few things to do before we go, mainly wrapping up my dads Christmas prezzies to take with us !! We want to surprise him , so haven't told him that we are coming ...... Hopefully if there are no traffic " hold ups " on the way we should get to Plymouth at around 2.30pm ..... if all goes to plan , dad is normally in town then so we are going to ring him find out where is and " bump " into him ! .......

DT(sorry not greenbynature) - i understand now. What a palaver! I bet they'd jump a lot quicker if you did just spend it and not own up.

Paulgonnabedebtfree - well done on sorting your van. Keep your chin up. At least you are concious of what you are doing with your money. You are only doing what's necessary, with the knowledge you know how to sort it all out again as soon as possible.

Well, no sign of OH's boss and no wages :sad: :mad: To survive the week i will have to increase my debt. It's worse 'cause hubby is due to work away next week. As frustrating as it is :wall: as i've said to Paul, I know i can sort it out and won't be borrowing frivolous amounts for the sake of it. The sooner this month is done the better.

I have managed to strike up a deal on the car so can pay part deposit and part monthly payments - something else to add to my sig when it's all sorted. Ho hum. I will be doing some serious change counting and money juggling over the weekend

I've managed a PaD today but not sure what i'll be able to do over next week:

TOTAL PaD: £2.50

Just off to check my adding from yesterday, was knacked when I did it and someone has PMd me to say they got different figures. Can't let my counting hat get wonky...

*edit* I have added up everything from my last total to yesterdays and get the same amount but the person who PMd me had a difference of £300+. Does anyone else have time to check it?
