Hi everyone,
am having a s**t evening. Have managed to upset everyone without trying!
Ever feel like you can't do right for doing wrong?
Jo x
I know i'm a bit out of date, but are you ok now hun? I didn't log on much over weekend 'cause wasn't well and i'm still catching up - i've been working my way through posts backwards
Don't think i've posted my PaD for today either? As well as not feeling great, my grandad's in hospital too so i'm a bit all over the place with visiting, work and the little one. The house looks as disorganised as i feel lol
Andy, your random facts are ace. I've volunteered to do April, you'll be a hard act to follow

Plus my best friend (who I adore) whos giving birth in 2 wks and moved into a house (I wish!)on friday is !!!!!!! superwoman!I went rd today and her place was so beautiful and tidy/clean (she has a little girl too).I try so so hard but my place is always messy.Grrr.I actually feel like whatever I do is not good enough and not reaching the standard (I set myself-lol.Doh!).Maybe I'll feel better tomorrowHope everyone else is ok and in a more cheerful mood than me!Ha ha x
ahhh - i know that kind of day all too well!
your friend may *look* like superwoman - but it's not usually possible to keep everything immaculate AND have kids. you're doing fine as you are - messy or otherwise, i;'m sure you're place is great for your family & you sound like a good mum (and all kids are sugar honey iced teas sometimes!!) so just do your best and don't worry about mrs perfect! i used to have a friend like that, but to be honest she was too high maintenance and i hated always feeling inadequate (when i wasn't) so we went our separate ways:D (i'm not actually saying ditch your friend - just that everyone does it differently, and your way is good too...)
hope tomorrow is a better day for you...try to make a bit of time for you if you can this week? xxMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !

Sorry you're having a blah day Twinkles, hope you feel better soon.
Don't stress yourself about how your friend is doing/how clean her house is! My friend lives in a show home with her in-laws, and when she comes round, I always apologise for the mess, but she loves our 'lived-in' look because she knows she can relax.... for 'lived-in' read toys everywhere (both dog and child). I sound like I livce in a pig sty, but its not - honest!
My DS is going through a phase atm where everything is a battle, putting on his coat before we go out, having his milk at night, getting out of pj's and into clothes... you just have to kinda ignore it, and not feed the tantrum, and eventually they learn! Do try to get some 'me' time though, even if its only a hlaf hour to go for a walk, it will make you feel a lot better

I also find that Ebay does not " track " very well for me ..... probably about 4 times out of about 40 ! .... I'm sure that when i've bought things in the past it worked out roughly that i got 4p back for each £1 i had spent ! ...... but like i said , i have only used Quidco not topcashback ....
terri xThanks Terri! It still ain't being tracked - hope I ain't going to get jipped on this one! Is there a way of chasing these cash back websites to get your spending tracked?
This ING thing, I have no cheque book!I'm signed up but no cheque book as my account don't offer because I'm all green with HSBC. Good luck with the £20 grabbings for anyone that's doing it!
Some good news, mopay.co.uk will give me £45 for my old phone so I'm hoping as soon as I have my cheque, it'll go straight over to smEgg

Why? You deserve some time to yourself! I'm lucky that OH works the night shift, so once DS goes o bed and OH is at work, I get my 'me' time.... watch my own programmes, drink some wine, have a bath... or just get an early night. Even if you get a half hour, once a week, it will do you the world of good!
