    Hi Everyone

My PAD is 8.19 which is 2.52 to MBNA and 5.67 to HSBC.

The 2.52 was the odds in my bank account and 5.67 expenses.

    I'm loving this thread. xx

dankosheemo - Do your mum and sister come from Poland or have they just been on their jollies? winesmiley.gif ..... Unfortunately my lovely polish neighbours that lived downstairs moved about 10 days ago , so no more lovely cooking smells wafting up to me anymore Abu02.gif ....
Hey Terri! You doing ok? They just had their jollies there tied in with a dentist trip (sorry thevinternet!:rotfl: ) We have family there and an ol' family dentist so it kinda all works out! Plenty of vodka bottles to keep the stocks up so it's all good. You can venture over to my house for Easter, I'll can sort you some Polish cuisine treats! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! :rotfl:

Thank you as always for the totals Andy! One thing I have noticed with smEgg at the moment is that the payments ain't clearing same day or even next day now! Grrr. Maybe they've cottened on to the MSE thing?? :money:

Well done to everyone who's managed to clear a card and making those payments! Muchos jealous as I've got a bit to go yet!! Keep up the good work everyone!

    Evening folks

Some fantastic payments going on over the past few days and the collective totals are great - thanks for doing those Andy.

Welcome to the newbies - this is a great thread and totally addictive.

Well £10 to mty PAD today. Have done my maths and when the minimum payment comes out in two days time I will have enough to pay off my tesco card - woohoo - I am now looking at my asda one to see how I can pay that one off asap.

Have to say that I agree with others that I will be on here for a long time and once I have cleared my debts then I will be on here saving instead.

Hi spinningsheep - welcome aboard! Congratulations on making your 1st PaD :T

Are you using one of the free organisations to help you decide on the IVA eg Credit Consumer Counselling Service, National Debt Line or Payplan? I hope you don't mind me asking, i'd hate to think you were paying good money for a service you can get free!

    Best wishes ;)

Cheers hopeful1, yeh I am with Payplan, they rang me last night and advised me that 3 of my creditors will not even consider a DMP, as they are not willing to shoulder the fees, whereas other ones are, so they advised an IVA as my surplus to throw at my debts is approx £150 a month against a combined debt of approx £11000, just waiting for the info to arrive in the post so I can go through it all. Feeling more positive with the PAD plan though!

    CC limits £26000

    Long term CC debt £0

Total low rate loan debt £3000

    Almost debt free feeling, priceless.

Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.

Hmm, haven't noticed yet but I sent £1.40 at about 10am today so we'll see if it's showing tomorrow. Better not have cottoned on otherwise I shall be sending my PAD's in batches of 50p throughout the day. LOL

    Hi back again

Virgin scratchcard money has arrived in my bank today so I think for the first time ever I am going to make a second PAD today:beer:

So another £10 to the Blue Elise fund.
Double Trouble - Love the " blue post " to match the Lotus colour ! Here you go a variety of colours for Mr DT incase he changes his mind about the colour ! ....lotuselise.jpg .....
Asked Mr. DT today and he still wants blue even if it means delaying getting a car but I still wonder if it comes to it and we have the money and there is no blue one available if he will change his mind:confused:. We will see.

    Have a good night everyone.

Evening to you all!My pad today is £1.00.Feeling a bit blah today.I was fine, but my daughter is being a little Sugar honey iced tea at the mo,and we're currently trying for another baby but I'm being seriously put off by her behaviour, don't get me wrong she's not the devil or anything it's just the constant whinging and attention seeking and me having to repeat every sentence 3 times that I'm finding a little wearing.Plus she's not a great sleeper and I'm thinking I'm not sure I can handle another 1 as I give 120% to her and hubby and there's nothing left over for me.
Plus my best friend (who I adore) whos giving birth in 2 wks and moved into a house (I wish!)on friday is !!!!!!! superwoman!I went rd today and her place was so beautiful and tidy/clean (she has a little girl too).I try so so hard but my place is always messy.Grrr.I actually feel like whatever I do is not good enough and not reaching the standard (I set myself-lol.Doh!).Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow ;) Hope everyone else is ok and in a more cheerful mood than me!Ha ha x

flying_fresian - Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for your £20 for opening your ING account cross_fingers.gif...Any news on how much it's going to cost you to repair / replace your shower ? HSsingshower.gif ....

I'm waiting on my welcome pack from ING at the moment Terri, once I have sign-in details I'll be checking daily for my bonus :D

No word on the shower - Men With Spanners arrive tomorrow to check things out and give me a quote on how much it will cost to fix...

In better news, I cleared out the Overdraft Begone Account today - the overdraft is gone!! The spare money has gone into my In Case Of Redundancy Fund. I am going to be paying my PAD into this from now on, plus at least £100 per month off Barclaycard to make sure I'm free of this before the interest-free period ends in January. Only £650 to go :rotfl:
