I thought it meant per hour.
On the subject of teeth I used to have a book called the "Far Side Gallery". It was wayout humour. There was a picture of some kid who had lost his first tooth. It was the morning after and he was lifting his pillow after he woke up. Under the pillow was a note and a pair of pliers. The note said "I'll be back for the rest tonight, signed The Tooth Fairy". It's not so funny reading it. The picture was better.0 -
Hey all
I am new to all this but thought I would give PAD a go. I have quite a bit of debt (not sure exactly how much but will get round to calculating it). I have read through a lot of what people have posted and have found it very inspirational, knowing that I am not on my own when it comes to being in debt.
So here goes:
PAD 09/03/09 £1.20 - going to start paying my credit card off :j
Yay - I instantly feel better :j

Welcome DaisydeeGood luck with the calculations, it's hard seeing it written down. But as you've guessed, you're in good, non-judgemental company now. It's VERY satisifying knowing each PaD reduces your debt that little bit quicker.
Just a little something i thought a few of us may be able to relate to:
Dr. Neil proclaimed the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.......
So I looked around my house to see things I'd started and hadn't finished; and, before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Chardonay , a bole of Baileys, a butle of Kehuha, a pockage of biscuits , the mainder of bot Prozic and Valum scriptins, the res of the Chesescke, some saltins an a bax a cholates..
Yu haf no idr who gud I feeeel...!One step at a time0 -

Hi
Please can I join? I didn't buy a coffee in town today so I will pay 2.00 off my nasty MBNA card.
I'm going to put the money in a jar and pay it when I am near the bank.
I have read great big chunks of this thread and I am soooooo impressed.
Well done all of you.
