Well done to everyone who's managed to eliminate some debt and for everyone who's chipping away at it! I showed my friend last night what I've been doing here and she nearly fell off the chair when she saw my debt :o But thinks it's a great idea :D
Well done on the totalling flying_fresian! That must be our highest daily total yet??

  • Happy weekend everyone.

Wow the total for yesterday was awesome. February's total should be good even though it is a short month.

£19.75 to Scallyfax for me today.
I am looking forward to getting my statement as with all the PADs and the balance transfer to Mint it should have about halved this month still a way to go and if I could get one more 0% card with a fairly good limit I could see the back of this baby.

Update just been handed the post Halifax statement is in opening balance £12,943.92 closing balance £6,607.40 :j not too bad and still a lot of PAD that are not showing on the statement as yet. Can't see how they work out the minimum payment last month £143.60 this month with the balance almost halved £138.92 not that it matters because they are going to get a lot more than that. I am a happy bunny.

    Hi everyone

£3.37 PAD to Cap One today. Having a lazy one today as hoping to have a NSD. PADs will be small or non existent until 13th March as that's my next pay day but will keep up with posts.

DS1 has his test results and has been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (sigh of relief its not anything else!). He is currently taking 16 tablets a day and then has to go back to hospital on 18th March for another camera thingy to see if medication has stopped inflammation spreading -fingers crossed.

Think we can start looking forward to our Easter hols now. Take care everyone x:j
    Payment A Day £15 (started 17/5/14) :j
  • Well done everyone on a tiptop total yesterday! Quite amazing!

Sorry to hear about your son boysma but I'm glad it's not anything more serious.

Thanks to London Andy for taking over the counting duties! :A Well done on the 'borrowed' calculator!! :p

PAD £188.48 today as my direct debits went out for the dreaded loans.

Daily Coffee Update: Well, I was really ratty yesterday - it's not my time of the month, so I'm going to blame it on caffeine withdrawal! I was shattered when I got to bed last night, but it's actually quite a nice feeling as opposed to my normal struggle to get to sleep thanks to too much caffeine! It's day 4 of Lent today, so I'm a tenth of the way there.:D

  • glad you've got the results for your son, boysma - fingers crossed the medication works as it should these next few weeks. am i right that it's a condition he'll live with and manage, as opposed to a dose of medicine clearing it up?

enjoy the build up to your hols! xx

VInternet- Thanks for info on spreadsheet boxes, I'll have a look when i get a mo!!

My pad today is £2 am gonna keep em small until i get my new award notice through from wftc as not sure how much they'll be giving me now as had to give em an updated estimate of expected income for year and was higher than last years income (which they use to predict this years money) We'll have to wait with fingers crossed and hope all is ok!!
On a positive note I had a job interview this week and they rang to offer me it yesterday....they cant negotiate a salary it has to be done via head office in writing, so will wait to see what they offer me and have another interview lined up for the 12th!!!

    Have a lovely weekend people
