    Hi everyone

Thanks for all the best wishes it really means a lot:A Terri that would be great if you had any tips. I have read internet sites but they are mainly medical ones and you dont know what really works. The medication has helped him a little already.

I have joined the Alcohol Free challenge this morning and no i don't have a hangover:rotfl: well actually i do but its from Friday night:eek: so thought it was time to do something about it and best of all any money saved from my wine splurges can go towards my PADs. I also would like to lose some weight before my hols but then i say that every year:rotfl: Enough about me thanks to FF for counting up in Feb (what a fantastic total) and cheers to Andy for taking over the reins. No PAD from me today - good start for March:D but will see what i can afford during the week. Enjoy the rest of the weekend folks.
    Payment A Day £15 (started 17/5/14) :j

    Hi fag ash lil

    A challenge for you:

I put my back out yesterday so have been suffering for the past 36 hours. I had a fruitless search earlier on today for a relevant smilie - no joy, but if any can find one, you can!

This is your mission, should you choose accept it!
