Hiya! PAD £1.24 today, a direct debit should hopefully show up tomorrow though.
Well done Belfast Girl on getting the charges back!! I've often thought of trying that with my bank overdraft charges, but I'm too scared they would take the whole overdraft away!
Oh, and I'm giving up coffee for Lent, as I drink faaaar too much of the stuff, so from now on there will be a daily coffee update on here too!!
Chocolate would have been my second choice, but believe me - if I'm giving up coffee, I'm going to need lots and lots of chocolate!!:p xx0 -
Hi Folks
Back from sunny devon - had to get up at 5am  for a 7am flight so I am having a very early night.
Congrats to those who have been clearing cards and welcome to the newbies - I am sure you will find it as addictive as the rest of us - not only from the aspect of clearing cards but from the warmth, support and fun on this thread.
£3 for my PAD again today (back to normal:D ).
Have been playing around with my snowball this afternoon to see what difference it would make to amalgamate my three smallest balance cards which have apr's of 24%, 22.9% and 16.9% onto my overdraft which is 15.9% and it actually makes no differenceThere is only about £1000 between all three cards and they are the ones being tackled first by the snowball as the other cards have 0%APR. Thought it would make some difference but apparently not so I shall leave as is and then just pay them off asap.
Have quite a few payments due in this month as was working hard on mystery shopping, survey sites and amazon so fingers crossed for a good month. Hope you all have a nice what's rest of a Tuesday.0 -
