Suggestions then:
Chocolate, cigarettes, beer, wine, fizzy drinks, fry-ups, chips, crisps, processed meat (ie sausages/burgers/hot dogs etc), butter (switch to olive spread for Lent), cakes, biscuits, cookies, takeaways!
Dropping any of these for Lent would certainly improve your health...and maybe your wallet (cue cheesy spinning Martin) :money: lol
Alternatively, give nothing up for Lent, and you get to be nice and smug whilst the rest of us are suffering!! xx0 -
RE: Lent. I shall - as usual - be giving up Diet Coke. However, this will be after I finish the stuff I already have in the fridge as I can't have that staring at me for 6 weeks! I know it sounds silly to give this up and I hardly live off of the stuff but I do love it so it will be a sacrifice........sparkling mineral water, here I come!MFW 2019#24 £9474.89/£11000 MFW 2018#24 £23025.41/£15000
