    Dear all
thanks so much for all the lovely messages, hugs and general niceness. I knew you would all be supportive and I know that its happened to many of you too. I've been away for the weekend which didn't seem like a good idea on Saturday morning but was actually for the best although it did feel weird walking back into the kitchen and not have a beautiful tabby shouting at me! I'm not sure about another one - OH is definitely not keen so I guess it will be a case of wait and see. No PAD for me today as my money won't hit my account til Wednesday so just a few pennies in my box.

    Thanks again everyone xxx

    Hello all.

Well, I had an absolutely crazy day yesterday. Bad stabbing tummy pains all day long (agony, and I'm not being a typical man saying that!) so ended up at late night hospital drop-in centre where I spent two hours while they tried to work out whether I had appendicitis or not!

Luckily (or better than having my appendix whipped out) they worked out it's just a nasty water infection (eeewww) so I am lying flat in bed at home for a couple of days on a hefty dose of antibiotics, as walking and sitting up is a killer.

    Anyway, there's always a positive so :

    1. I get the day off work tommorrow (and poss Tuesday) with heating on full blast in the snow and get to watch rubbish TV
    2. Got all excited as prescription change from a tenner was all 20p's so thats boosted the Hoegarden Glass.
    3. Couple of NSD's coming up...!!

LOL :rotfl: :rotfl: - this thread turned into a p*rn thread last night!!
    Naughty girls!

FF - thanks so much for the totals. I can't believe we went over a grand a day!

Well, here's where the beauty that is internet banking comes into its own, so from my sickbed , ha ha, I have paid £5 to those nasty Egg people!!

Wrap up warm peeps - it has started to snow in south London, just a little but I think there's plenty coming tonight!

    Hello all

£10 to PAd for me today. Can't beleive I managed to pay off £300 last month mind you I was lucky as had a good payout from Quidco, and had some backpay from our pay rise.

Fagash lil - Hi decided I am going to get a gree house and have seen and 8x6 ft one for £115 which I'm going to get. Am also getting a couple of raised beds 6 x 4 ft which will go alongside and that will get us up and running. total cost will be under £200 so will go for that and have a smaller payment of my debt next month. The cool thing is that I have the money for it so no adding to my debt - woo hoo and hopefully I will save money on my grocery bill which will then help to PAD - swings and roundabouts but hopefully in a positive way.

Hugs to those suffering loss of loved ones and pets.

I think its time to batten down the hatches as the snow is on its way - kinda hoping its so bad I can't get to work and can play with the little one in the snow.:D It always seems to snow on a Mon/Tues when I work and we dont get the chance to play in it which is a shame as I loved the snow when I was a kid.

Anyway off now to start comparing prices of seeds etc whilst waiting patiently for the greenhouse

Evening all. 45p for me today but will make it up tomorrow once I manage to get into the online bank.

I'm kinda envious of those who are going to get the snow. It's bizarre really that the rest of the country gets snow but here in the Highlands there's none forecast:confused: It'd be nice to just get one snowday off work.

We've been for a lovely walk on the beach with the dogs but it was really blowing a gale and was absolutely freezing. But it should have burnt off some calories and there was a nosy seal who kept bobbing up to see what we were up to. Last night was not a good night for the diet - had quite a few glasses of wine but amazingly I was up as bright as a button.

Anyway enjoy what's left of the weekend and for those of you with snow, wrap up warm and stay cosy.

I don't want snow as it stops me earning. I have unpaid bills here and can't work. Think my debts are going to climb again.
