Hi all, ive changed my page view to 40 posts per page its much better now I am still on page 3, what page are you on.

Couldnt find a suitable cutesy avatar so I will stick with this winter one a bit longer. It's just like the two of us.

It's been a bit of a bad day today, so I hope to come back a bit brighter tomorrow.

You are all doing so well.

    almar xx

I wish I had noticed that 40 posts per page view much sooner. All the page changing was a nuisance. I would also like to see an "ALL" option on there too as it would assist with navigation on some threads.

Good morning lovely people! Flying_fresian that's a total and a half. Well done everyone.

Because nothing leaves the bank 'til Monday anyway and i can't pay much at the mo, i've done payments for the weekend:

    Saturday
    £1 evil loan
    £1 EPDL

    TOTAL £2

    Sunday
    £1 evil loan
    £1 EPDL

    TOTAL £2

Will be saving change for the rest of the weekend!

Terri - the LO loves the DS. For the first few days we let him play it whenever for however long. All we had was a running commentary on what was happening in the game and no other conversation! We've started restricting him now as i don't want a zombie son at the age of 5! As i speak he's playing footie on it. He keeps getting half his players sent off lol.
Glad you sorted things out with your OH. I know you've felt really down about Christmas, but you should be really proud of yourself for surviving it without drowning yourself in debt.

Enjoy your choccie fest before the big weigh in a Monday f_choc.gifchocolatesmiley.gif

Have a great weekend everyone x

yes, we restrict DS as well! my older son got one last christmas and we find that if given unrestricted access to it, he becomes very cranky and antisocial, and forgets that he has things likes games and books. so during term time, it's a weekend treat and in the hols he gets it for a bit most mornings or when we are going somewhere in the car that's a resonable length drive...
Mortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

Morning all. A beautiful but very frosty morning here ... washing very stiff on the line so hoping it will dry in the sun today and I'll rescue it later on.

PAD will be another £5 into my jar ready to make a payment next Friday to one of my cards. I will look into setting up a couple of my CC accounts online so I can make payments direct to them. They'll think I'm a bit nuts making a small payment each day! Lol Will be worth it just to confuse and annoy them! As Martin says 'Consumer Revenge'. :rotfl:

Had a good day yesterday and made a payment to clear one of my small balances. PAD total now £23.38 in 3 days .... slowly but surely!

Going to play cards tonight with my family. We play for small change and the most I can lose is £4.60 .... if I win it's going off my PAD tomorrow so watch this space! I'll play extra hard so I can make a payment.

    Have a good day all.
