Good morning, back to normal(!!).Grandchildren and their mum have gone back,so all peace and quiet here.Went to some great places,if anyone is coming to Cumbria, don't forget the south of the county. There is a lovely wildlife park,an owl sanctuary and lovely beaches.
Have been to Wilkinsons and bought 20 balls of hedgehog wool at 25p each,:jnow heard they have some at 10p:mad:.Just wondered if this wool would be o.k. for scarves for Christmas boxes. The speed I knit it might not be this Christmas:o.Also bought some D.K. in white and pale blue from the charity shop:j.
Have been reading the thread even if I haven't been posting but can't remember who said what,so hugs to those that need them.
SHEZMIT blankets will be posted back to you later today.Sorry they have taken so long. There is one square sort for one blanket and unfortunately I didn't have any matching wool.Maybe you have an odd square somewhere.
Take care every oneilovetea xMake £2024 in 2024 £1161.08

Afternoon all.
congratulations Kathy on the arrival of your beautiful grand-daughter. It must have been one of the longest nights of your lives!! Hope all are well.
Ilovetea - I agree 100% with you about the south of Cumbria - we have a beautiful place to live!! And yes, it was me who got the hedgehog wool for 10p a ball. They still had quite a lot left, but only in the one colour - fawn.
Hugs to those who need them today.
