Oh, Mrs Moneypenny - I was feeling so good about things; I've really cracked on with the accounts and they just need tidying up to be ready for the accountant, I've cleaned the house, changed the sheets, done some baking, too, and then you mention the 'i' word! I've been thinking all day that there was something else I needed to do, and it was the ironing! Oh, well, it's too late now. I shall have to do it some time tomorrow! I'm so relieved I made myself plod on with the accounts, so I'm still happy!

Thanks for all the updates so far; I will total them all up on Monday when I do the main update.

ISOM - my Mum is scatty so I'm glad she's moved closer to my sister, who can keep an eye on her!

Well, off to put the kettle on.

When someone has a moment, could you please point me in the direction of chalky's hedgehog pattern? I was in Wilkinsons today! Big mistake. Have now got another carrier bag of eyelash and baby wool to add to my secret stash that my husband knows nothing about! :o:o:p :rotfl:

lots more to do though! but i wanted to try a hedgie for a bit of fun too! I will probably end up having to make one each for my kids but I have a bag of toy stuffing that needs used up and I will try and use up the wool as quickly as possible so it is a less noticeable stash! But it was just too much of a bargain to resist and I got some new needles too. :D

Good evening everybody. Well this little chap has been the reason for my absence

    IMG_1223.jpg?t=1249069512
DD2 arrived here last night with this just adorable little bundle of Springer Spaniel loveliness. Just 8 weeks old and so frightened to be away from his Mum and his brothers and sisters. So lots of loving and then off they went to their house and texts all evening re-- not settling, crying, not eating etc etc.
Anyway he has spent most of the day here and he is just gorgeous and a big distraction to the knitting
Try and do a good deed every day.
