F1widow - I'm so sorry I 'forced' you to knit things! It's no bother changing the totals, so, if I do it again, please tell me!

I'm feeling very smug because I have actually just finished the ironing. I can feel my halo glowing!

I'm going to have some lunch, then do a bit of 'proper' work, then take a couple of hours out for some knitting time.

I'm working tomorrow morning, helping a friend do a holiday home changeover - I'll earn a little bit of unexpected money which will go into my wool fund for when I visit my old local woolshop back in the UK in August. I shall need another suitcase just for the wool! I can't wait to go spending!

Shelley - hope you are feeling better now.

Maytaurus - hope you are OK?

Elaine - lots of gentle hugs coming your way.

    Morning all,

F1 widow - that is a brilliant idea to put the ironing in different rooms, I am the same I don't mind once I get going it's just the thought of it.

Mrs MP - well done on getting half way with your blanket squares.

ilovetea - hope your joints feel better soon.

Well we're away tonight, watching the walking with dinosaurs show tomorrow and then driving back, so won't be back until late.

    Hugs to all. x

F1widow - I was only joking! Now I feel bad, too. Seriously, I make so many mistakes with the updates, it made me laugh to think of someone knitting things rather than asking me to change the mistakes! Please don't think I was offended - just amused!!:rotfl::rotfl:

I would love to take you up on your offer of ironing in exchange for wool, too!

Hope you are having a good day.

Kathy - am so glad I didnt offend you - I hate the thought of upsetting anyone - although if you did come and see the piles of ironing you may not want to be soooo friendly ha ha ha ........................

Am having a wet day (both mentally/physically and weather wise)

All of you ladies who are undertaking ironing are making me feel guilty perhaps after nipping out in between downpours and feeding friends cat maybe Just maybe I might rev up the iron
