i just wanted to let you know that i have received some parcels this week but i haven't been well enough to post and i thought i needed to explain to you all. Since coming back from kent at the weekend i haven't been well and today i have been told i have Signs of Swine flu.

I have decided against the tablets that they are offering as they can cause bad side effects so i am fighting it off myself by sleeping as much as i can.

As soon as i am well enough to do more i will thank everyone for their parcels they have sent me, For the people who i am sending parcel of squares out to i will send them out as soon as i am allowed out as i got to stay in for 7 days.

    See you soon

Oh, Shelley - what horrid news. I do hope you feel better soon. Please reconsider the tablets if you feel you are not getting better without them, although I understand why you don't want to take them. Get plenty of rest and look after yourself.

O Shelley, how awful I am in agreement with Kathy, if you feel no better in a couple of days please reconsider the tablets. Rest a lot, drink plenty and sleep as much as you can.

Lots of (((hugs))) being sent your way.

    Take care

    thanks everyone,

with the tablets if i get any worst then i will think about it, but i am worried about the side effect as it can cause sereve nightmares and i can't cope with that, i can cope with the sickness and the runs but not the nightmares. But i will think about it

right i am off to relax and sleep see you soon

thank you for all the hellos its very kind and you all seem like a friendly bunch

well I have started and nearly finished my first baby bunting whilst my DS3 was asleep this afternoon. will buy some ribbon over the weekend
I have knitted in white, is this a problem?
Did someone say that I didn't have to line it with flannel?
So what is my next time then? any ideas and patterns please.
Do you wait till you have a selection of items before you send them off ( to who?) or do different things go to different addresses.

    thanks for your help
    Tracey.

    Hi again Tracey
Well done with the bunting. White is not a problem for buntings or anything else that goes to UK hospitals, it's just overseas that in some countries white is the colour of mourning. Shezmit (posts above ^^^^, possible swine flu - hope you get better soon Shez) takes and distributes buntings via her preemies uk website. I think most people wait til they have a few things and then post them. Shezmit is happy to add ribbons to the buntings and you don't need to line them.
Why not try a tea cosy hat like this

    http://www.lovinghands.org.uk/teacosyventhat.pdf

**There is an error on the pattern that says 10mm needles - ignore this and use 4mm**

The hats are quite straightforward and sweet. Good luck
