Hi all, not been good week for me as only 1 thing today as update

1 Preemie Baby Cardigan (minus buttons as yet! )

1 Friendship square - 7.5 inches square.


Have started a memory square with three different colours of wool, will see how it turns out! (see above!!!)

IN search of Me and Don -- I had already been knitting the squares as therapy to the Hedgehog addiction . So I have not been that quick and it was an update of a few weeks work so don't be impressed!

Roamin and In Search of me and anyone else who wants Please feel free to knit plain squares. What would be lovely is if as many people who want to contribute do, not just those who can manage the Linus pattern So please just join in as it will all come together beautifully I am sure .

Hi everyone. We've had visitors so I've not had any time on here since I posted early this morning, and no time for knitting, either. I have, however, gone through my stash to look for colours for the Memory and Friendship squares, so something has been accomplished.

Well done to you all for your updates. I'll add them tomorrow, providing I get some peace and quiet. Don't visitors just throw everything out of the window? I also have to get DH's end-of-year accounts done this week, so we can take them to the accountant when we come back in August - I'm dreading that but will see if I can break it down and do a couple of hours a day.

Anyway, I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

i have just started my memory square tonight, was hard to work out the second log at first, think it was cos i miscounted my rows, but seems to be working out fine now.

re the log mine went awry when I started the second bit - ie starting doen the side...the gap between stitches was a real gap!
Normal square coming on nicely...45 stitches cast on on 4mm needles with double knit for those doing a 7.5 square....

Hello, will change my update but I have decided just to complete one friendship square and I will do another larger square in a plain colour.

So I have done one friendship square about 7.5inches square. It was not too bad but it looked best as a smaller square so I decided to finish it off.
