Hi all - hope you're all having a good weekend and have not been blown away by the wind!
I hope to finish my trauma doll today. It's just a simple Jean Greenhowe pattern from a book called Knitted Toys. I'm doing one in pink, then I shall do one in blue.
Anyway, here's the latest update.
Have a great day!
KathyXX

Thanks Mioliere for the info. Not only my 1st post to MSE - my 1st post to any foum - ever! So I am feeling almost as pleased with myself as Chrisbethany is for getting her photos on.
Am raring to get going with the knitting now - though I shall be knitting on a much smaller scale than most of you, which is why I thought squares would be an ideal project as well being as a good cause.2nd generation frugaliser0 -
Hi everyone.
Wow its wonderful to see the totals growing. I have double checked with my sister in law and she is really happy to do her bit to help. She has just had a gorgeous grandson so feels very touched by the little one here.
So thanks again for all the efforts.
Chrisbethany your projects look great -- it is lovely to spend time with family isnt it
Shezmit I will save receipts when back in the Uk for you. Hope not too many parcels are going astray as it isnt only the wool but all peoples time and efforts as well. What a shame!
Well thought I would let you know that some knitters here have learnt about my knitting and want to get involved in our charity thread. I will bring home their efforts in April and send them off to Lou and Shezmit.
1 lovely lady has started on the teddies and bags and another is knitting premmie stuff. So all that should help our totals.
Have good days everyone and a good sleep MayTaurusTry and do a good deed every day.0
