    Hi everyone
Thanks for all the welcome home wishes-- so glad it is sunny as it is breaking me in slowly.

Well DDIL to be is beside me with the sewing machine whirring as she is making the bridesmaid dresses-- the theme of the wedding is peacock feathers so they are gorgeous colours.
Spent a happy afternoon buying the jewelry for the bridesmaids and did a quick ewander into a department store about make -up. She is such a natural girl that it is hard to get make up which enhances her rather than altering her but I am sure it will be fine.
I am beginning to panic about my shoes because there are some seriously weird styles out there-- must have crept in whilst I have been in Teddy Land!!!
Well the knitting is a bit on the back boiler but of course I had to go in the wool shop in town cos it has been ages and of course a few balls leapt in my hands so will get clicking as soon as possible -- don't want to get chocolate on the things anyway!!
Well have good Saturdays to you all and hope everyone is happy and well
Try and do a good deed every day.

Hi girls - well my first "boob job" has been finished - had a problem with the nipple ....:o:o:o - wish i had seen the all in one pattern a few days a go - it would have ensured a lot less stressful evenings whilst I tried to make the bottom fit the top!!! -
shezmit - wow how quick you rattle off a "boob"! that surely is a "super boob"

Have found the pattern for a teddy bear hand puppet - really easy and half way through started it this evening so will finish off in the morning now - just thought i would come on and look for some other patterns .......

    Night all - jaqui xxx

Which Boob pattern is the all in one.

Shezmit - going away next week so packing my knitting. Need to do something easy so what would be better. Blankets - if so what size. Super stretchy hats - s/m/l? or buntings? Let me know what would be more useful.

Hi everyone! I'm on my friend's laptop again so thought I'd call in.I'm really missing you all and hope that you are all well. I don't have time to catch up on all the news but want to thank Pam for all the updating. It would be a nightmare for me to catch up with all the latest totals!

Chalky - hope the wedding plans are going well.

France Telecom have been just about the worst company I have ever dealt with! Now that a British woman there has taken over my 'case' she has assured me that I will be up and running by 24th (nearly a month later than promised!) As you can imagine, they have nearly driven me mad. I was also unwell last week - poor Jean (roamin in the gloamin) has had to put up with me grumbling away about France down the phone! She has been fantastic and has helped me try and see the funny side of life here.

We have had several trials and tribulations here but the worst of them all has been France Telecom! They make BT look super-efficient.

If I get a chance on here again, I'll read through the last couple of pages - I must be missing a lot of news!

I hope you are all keeping well and that I'll soon be back with you all. I knew I'd miss this thread but never expected to be without it for so long.

Have a great Easter! Hope to see you all soon!

hi all, had a lovely sunny week in great yarmouth, only knitting that got done was in the car, during the 4 hour journey. bought lots of wool while i was there, as they had some lovely robin dk, at just a pound a ball. went shopping in aldi yesterday and they still had wool in, so i had to buy some more lol
