Hi - thanks for that - but I dare not tell you all that I have three ironing baskets with clothes in (hmmmmmm!!!) I see the other ladies on here have done their ironing - still I am saving electric not doing it ............

hi jacqui - thanks for the address - now i really have no reason not to get knitting.

with regards the ironing - i know all about saving electricity - so much so that my husband asked me if that was what i was doing as he had no work shirts last week - i had to iron them all (the ones that were washed) on sunday!

Afternoon all....

Just written a really long post and then somehow lost it!

Anyway, I've had a sewing up and finishing off day today, and update needed to add:

3 baby buntings
6 baby hats
4 IS hats
1 Aaron Square
4 Easter Chicks (although DS insists they're duckies!)

The buntings are so small it's really sad to think they're so needed all over - I think a little tear (of the crying kind, not the ripping kind) has gone into each one somewhere along the line. Hopefully I've got them right, and Shelley I'd be grateful if you wouldn't mind adding the ribbon for me as all the ribbon I have just isn't quite appropriate somehow.

Also, can someone let me have Preemies address and I will post them tomorrow as I have to go to the Post Office anyway to make sure my brother in Australia gets his birthday present!

Dpixie - I discovered Kemps a few weeks ago when I wanted some Moonglow wool (cheapest I had previously found it was £1 a ball, and Kemps had it for 59p!!) and they are fast becoming a regular supplier. The amount of wool I now have around the house which is earmarked for various projects is astounding (and that's not including what I already have). I think I'll have to give up ordering new wool for Lent as well as giving up chocolate (6 days and counting!)

Better go get DD fed....mushed sweet potato and carrot anyone!? Yummy(!)

PS - Have just been onto the Preemies site to get a pattern for a gown and it won't link to the Patterns page? Any ideas anyone? - Thanks x
