Jen, I can't see any problem with you booking the room without putting in your TR number and just giving them the keys. They will get 2 anyway and if they do lose them then you just go up to check-in with your ID and get 2 more.
There is nothing in the conditions that stops different members of the same family from booking rooms with LCI. You will be the one responsible for paying the bill though.
From what I understand hubby has booked your deal at Paris and both of you have LCI cards? Just remember you can save your friends over $450
As I stated before Caesars did not even ask me for my card.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

we love it, though don't see the point of eating inside (it's very nice inside, but the patio with the fountains across the street is what makes it for us). You can't book a patio table though, they are first come, first served. When you arrive, if there's not a table you can put your name on the list and get a buzzer that works a bit of a way into the casino - so you don't have to just stand in a queue to wait. It's good food, good value too. No real dress code either which to me is nice, to others may not be. I think it's reasonably romantic too...I suppose inside is romantic too with the decor and lighting, but the fountains are what make it really special to us.

I suppose it depends on your definition of romantic. At the end of the day Mon Ami Gabi is a bistro...some people would perhaps prefer a more all-out fancy restaurant for a romantic meal (not me, I like that it's relaxed).

I can't imagine we would be lucky enough to get a patio table though as there are 12 of us :(
Maybe we can book a table near a window from which we can see the fountains though I guess?
I am not too bothered about it being too fancy just so long as it has a romantic feel :)

Me and the GF loved it in there- so much so I think we may have a wedding reception there after we get hitched.

Anyone else got any reccomendations of where they would have a wedding dinner- there will be about 10 of us I think

Yes that is what we are looking for a nice romantic place to have a meal after the wedding!! There will be 12 of us! :)

like others have suggested Mon Ami Gabi is pretty much the only place you sit outside and watch the strip go by while you eat.

although i have never eaten at any of the restaurants , the ones the look out onto the Bellagio lake look nice ( and pricey) . or you could try The Eiffle tower restaurant .

Has anyone ever eaten at Parasols up Parasols down @ The Wynn ?? cause that always looks a nice place, though i honestly do not if it would suitable for a wedding dinner.

From the sounds of it we won't be able to eat outside with you not being able to book a table on the patio because with there being 12 of us I can't imagine we will just happen across enough tables! lol

I will have a look at The Eiffle Tower restaurant and Parasols at Wynn :)

Thank you for your opinions :)

Very worried about the exchange rate though, hope it gets better!

You are going to need deep pockets. ETR is probably the most expensive place in Vegas

This do is already costing us a lot more than we can afford, I can see us both exceeding our credit card limits!!

And IMHO (and I am tight) worth every penny and some we had the taster menu it was the absoloute nuts cant remeber how much but think it was aroudn teh £200 mark for both of us 7 courses, 6 of them to die for and one sea bass and I hate fish. Yum Yum great service and great atmosphere loveloy food I would not go there every time its too expensive but I did love it and although pricey I did not feel ripped off.

Hubby has booked Bally's for us but both of our TR cards are against the booking (and adding me to the booking reduced the price)...so my name is associated with the booking in that way at least...and our address is against the booking...and yes, we both have LCI cards.

I think my main concern is if something goes wrong with the hotel booking after our friends have booked their flights...I think that they're struggling to justify the cost of the trip so cheap hotels may swing it for them and if then that goes wrong, I think I would worry too much.

That's the start of March Madness so will possibly be really busy...as for what hotels you might like, can you give us more of an idea what you're priorities are - there are a lot of 4* hotels on the strip. And what sort of price range perhaps...it may be that you'd actually be looking at a higher or lower class of hotel depending on what sort of budget you have in mind...in a lot of cases, Vegas hotel classes will be a lot better quality than European equivalent in terms of number of stars.
