has anyone been to Rehab at the Hard Rock, or any of the other daytime pool parties???

We've passed the insanely long queue (of mostly guys, assume the girls get in a lot faster) for Rehab on our way to and from the parking garage one trip...but that's probably not going to help you at all.

If you haven't come across this yet, it might give you some relevant info.

Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

Just had an email from Venetian. Rates from $109 or the Palazzo from $129

Shame neither covers our dates - one or the other is my next 'try it for a night' hotel and this would have worked well I think!

Ah thats a shame ferf. Although V/P seem to be releasing lots of promos at the moment so hopefully one will come along that suits you.

Trust, Vdara is currently taking reservations for October 1st onwards:

I did not realise the rooms at Vdara all had fully-equipped gourmet kitchens!

Thanks Claire and ferf. We loved Venetian and was thinking of maybe sataying there again on honeymoon in March - Wynn and Encore were on my posible list anyway, so it'll probably come down to who has the better deal at the time :)

Its so hard to chose we always let price decide in the end too. I love nice hotels but i love a bargain even more:D Why not stay at 2 hotels mooky, that way you could go back to venetian and try somewhere new out as well?

my husband saw this in London Lite on the way home.

Planet Hollywood - Drinks are on Us offer which is said to include one complimentary bottle of selected spirits, wine or champagne for each night of your stay.

I haven't checked to see how rates compare against other offers out there but may be interesting to some depending on how much the bottle effectively costs each night!

Saw that offer a couple of days ago. In fact I think I got an email. However I thought the rates were really high so didn't bother to post it.

Someone on another forum doubted that it was a bottle per day, but I can assure you that is what the offer I got said.
