The Bellagio Fountainsanyone got any experience of seeing lion king/mamma mia in the m bay
basicly? if i get the really cheap seats at the back will i stil see the show?0 -
The Bellagio FountainsWelcome back stoneman! It doesn't seem 5 mins since you were last there!
Have to agree about the Encore. We thought it was lovely and would love to stay there again.0 -
The Bellagio FountainsWhen we saw Mamma Mia we were sat in the cheap seats (block H) near to the back, the seats were fine you could see everything going off but if you could get a little further down in the cheaper seats it might be a bit better but I would certainly sit in that area again. You do know Lion King has replaced Mamma Mia dont you?0

The Bellagio FountainsJust arrived home. Must say that the Encore was the best hotel ever, and we have stayed at most of the best in Vegas (except Four Seasons). Will not bother with T/R as all we did during the day was stay by the pool, and at night played slots and craps. Oh, and the shooting safaris.
Wow - praise indeed. I really want to stay here! Have you (or anyone else on the thread) stayed at Venetian, Palazzo, Bellagio &/or Wynn. Just interested for comparison on Encore being the best.....
(I've only done Venetian of the 5 of them)Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -

We've stayed at Bellagio, Wynn and Encore and would also rank Encore at the top...Bellagio isn't worth it to us unless you get a lakeview room and even then I would still choose either Wynn or Encore over Bellagio for more than a short stay...though location-wise Bellagio is better in our opinion (which is why for a short stay in a lakeview room we might choose Bellagio, even though the room itself is vastly superior at Encore).
Haven't stayed at Palazzo or Venetian though...haven't stayed at Signature, The Hotel or Four Seasons either.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

I've stayed at Wynn, Four Seasons, Palazzo & Bellagio and i'd rank them in that order with Wynn/FS being tied for different reasons. Having said that i've loved staying in all of them so its really difficult to rank them and i'd probably change my mind if you asked me the same question next week:rotfl:
I'm staying at Encore for 5 nights in July so can't wait to see how it compares to Wynn. Venetian and THEHotel have never appealed to me at all for some reason, but i'll fit them in on future trips just to try them out of curiosity. At the moment we have our first 3 nights booked at Mirage for $58 a night as OH loves this hotel so i let him get his way for a change, otherwise i'd have picked Venetian to check it out.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
The Sirens of TIMust agree with the majority, Encore if the best to date, for alround hotel but Bellagio was best for location
Just wondering what Aria & Vdara will be like?
Vdara is October opening isn't it?0
