Hi
Does anyone know of somewhere on the Strip doing breakfasts more suited to the "British" appetite. I was thinking of something like cereal, yoghurt, fesh fruit and maybe a few pastries.
I don't think we could manage cooked breakfasts.
Thanks

The Bellagio FountainsI agree with the above. You can get all these things from a buffet for about the same price as if you had them all separate with drinks at somewhere like Denny's.
If you do want them all separate there is always Denny's at Casino Royale and Mon Ami Gabi have started doing breakfast.0 -

Starbucks normally also do fresh fruit - so do the HET version Java Coast. Agree with the others - most cafe/coffee shops will have options that will suit, but prices may not be that much less than just going to breakfast buffets - and at least at the buffets you will have a bigger selection and be able to pick your own items as opposed to say ordering a fruit plate at a coffee shop.
The funny thing to me is, the average American would probably have "cereal, yoghurt, fesh fruit and(or) maybe a few pastries" for breakfast at home...it's not really a British thing I don't think...most people don't eat cooked breakfasts the majority of the time.
Depending on what hotel you are staying at, it may be that some days a trip to a nearby convenience store might be an option - or if you could score a refrigerator in your room without a fee (possible, but perhaps doubtful) you could stock up on the lighter side of things for breakfast...perhaps even a cool bag filled with ice would serve this purpose...there are several proper supermarkets not far from the strip which would have a larger selection and better prices than the convenience stores - though would probably need a car, or could possibly get there on the CAT buses.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

i thought the typical British appetite was cooked breakfast . you say F.E.B and everyone knows what you mean .
best Breakfast choice i had was Mirage Buffet ( AKA Cravings). if you change your mind on light breakfasts then also in the Mirage is my Favorite Las Vegas Breakfast :Carnegie's DeliBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
I just go for a later breakfast and skip lunch. If I'm awake mega early then just about every hotel has the coffee and muffin option available.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
