The Bellagio FountainsI am now thinking of buying tickets for CDS and can get the best tickets in a section right infront of the set area. Not being familiar with the set up for The Mirage, I wonder if we would end up looking up all the time or if cheaper tickets, although further back, might be better to see?
Funky: Booked on line tickets for US and FOL passes- used wrong cc can you believe it so 2.75% charge winging my way!!! DOH!
Doh!!! But well done for bopoking online! Let us know how you get on!0 -

The first time we saw it we sat in the front row and regretted it...the second time we sat in the 2nd section and it was brilliant - you really do miss a whole lot being too close to the stage...Love is one show I would personally take the very last row in the theatre over anything in the front few rows - it really is a completely different experience from further back...it's not so much that you're looking up (you are, that's part of the problem with the front seats) but mainly that it's such a grand production that you just can't really take it in from the closer seats.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
The Fremont street experienceWe had the very last row of the last section and it was fine. Ten rows or so forward would also have been fine.illegitimi non carborundum0

The Secret GardenWe got row 7 end seats next to one of the walkways where the performers enter the stage for Love.....I think they were really good seats but yes your right about missing some of the action as your so busy whats going on directly in front of you and to the side....so much so I want to book it again for my next visit to see what I missed.
On the subject of 'O' is there a good and a bad place to sit.....I'm going to pre book this one before I go...
Last question....Ka and Mystere???which one is the better.....I'm thinking Ka but of course I realise everyones taste is different......going to try and get 3 Cirque shows in next time:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0 -
The Bellagio FountainsWe saw O from the centre of the balcony and they were good seats as you could see all the action, but you couldn't see the make up on the artists if that's a concern.
Got 25% off from a link that was going about at the time.0 -

Mystere was the first cirque show i ever saw and I enjoyed it at the time. However, when i saw O Mystere just didn't seem anywhere near as good in comparison if that makes sense.
For O we sat in the front row of the balcony and loved the view. As Luci said you don't get to see their facial expressions or anything but you get a better appreciation of everything thats going on. The only thing is that the O theatre is really big and the balcony was really high up. I'm not great with heights at the best of times and it really freaked me out although i did relax a bit once the lights dimmed and the show started.
I haven't seen Ka but have loved the trailers i've seen for it, we meant to see it last time and didn't get round to it. We've already booked Love for July so trying to decide between Ka and Le Reve, and might even see both if we get good prices on the tickets.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -
The Fremont street experienceHavent seen Mystere or La Reve, but KA was excellent. Again, dont splash out on expensive seats as the set is HUGE.illegitimi non carborundum0

We're very much like Claire - saw O from the first row of the balcony and it was great...the only drawback was you could see some of the workings of the stage - which was kind of cool on its own, but may have been nicer to have been lower and not be able to see how it works.
Mystere is sort of starter Cirque. Our trip in October we saw Love and Mystere in that order...mistake. Mystere just seemed kinda lame (we'd seen it before, but my in-laws hadn't). Ka is far, far more spectacular a show than Mystere with the stage and all that it does. - it's a good show, don't get me wrong, but you can't expect something along the lines of Love - it's nothing at all like that...far more basic - some amazing stuff, but not the spectacle of Love.
And the best part is that while my in-laws said they wanted to see Mystere, after the show, it emerged that they got the name wrong and wanted to see Ka!Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Well as my trip is looming I thought I would ask for things to do, I have a couple of shows booked but what else is there to do, Apart from gamble, eat and see a show, I wont be renting a car as id probably kill someone lol suggestions anyone, this will be my first time in Vegas
Thanks
