No Circus Circus would NOT be to everyone's taste but if the OP has already booked on a non refundable deal -how constructive would your comments be ? On this thread we try to be helpful and constructive rather than put people down. You might find it an alien attitude but it's one the majority of us find works very nicely.

$20 tip doesn't seem to work well at MGM and didn't work for me. You may also have a problem finding the airport check in open as it wasn't open when we flew in on a busy Friday night.

My original comment was supposed to be a happy, flippant, off the cuff please dont do it type of thing, but I have soon come to realise from the board police like you that if an outsider dares to say anything then they get shouted down.

Try taking a look back at some of my other posts to see if I am not constructive. Of course I am.

A relatively new user to this board, and according to my calculations thanked in almost 60% of my comments, that doesnt strike me as a person who isnt constructive.

I really don't think that's a fair comment...there are no board police, there are no outsiders and this board has always been very welcoming to newcomers as it expands the knowledge base of the board.

While you may have meant your comment to be flippant - and while Vegas regulars may have understood why you would have concerns with CC - the OP probably didn't. That's why it's been suggested that in making a negative comment, qualifying that comment with reasons is far more constructive.

That's really the only point that some of us have tried to make and it doesn't take away from the value many of your posts have brought to the thread.

Airport check in is only in T1...so if you're arriving on an international flight you'd have to get to T1 from T2 to even try to use it...it's also only open 10a-6p.

I am feeling a bit under attack right now on this thread. From now on I will not try to be flippant, just post facts etc

But as for the board police, well there are a certain amount of posters on this forum who need to take a look at themselves IMO, with their self righteous condescending tones.

Otherwise, genuine posters like myself will simply not bother and all that is left is 'the clique' and new posters.
