The Bellagio FountainsHey,
I just wandered if anyone knew whether Circus Circus charged a nightly resort fee? And if so, what it was priced at?
Thanks in advance
No, they don't charge a nightly resort fee but they do charge you $1 per day as a local phone charge according to their website:
"Circus Circus charges a mandatory $1 non-refundable local telephone charge per day"
If you haven't already booked you may to look at similar priced hotels on the strip itself which would be far better location wise. There are a lot of promo codes listed on this site:

The Secret GardenHi all, wow what a thread! Gone right through it but a lot to take in.
We are to LV for six nights from the 23/05 staying at the IP.
We have already booked trip to Grand Canyon, Gliding. tandem parachute and heli trip over the strip at night.....phew
anyway, anyone have any simple dos and donts?
What are must sees and what to avoid. We have a car so can get around
Thanks In Advance
Wow, can't wait to read that trip report!! I'll re-iterate what Duchy said, I was there Memorial Day weekend last year and it was manic on the strip, find where you want to eat and book it in advance.
Have a great time.

The Bellagio FountainsWho cares ??
DONT STAY THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not exactly very helpful and constructive advise is it:rolleyes:
There are nicer ways of getting your point across. And while the hotel is certainly not my cup of tea many people have stayed there and are happy with it, same goes for a hotel like the Imperial Palace. So unless a poster asks for advise on their choice of hotel what is the point in giving it?:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

The Bellagio FountainsHi guys,
Love the thread! I'm spending 2 weeks in june touring the southwest and will be in vegas from 26th to 29th June. I'm going with a mate and we are undecided between two offers.
1. NYNY $100 Offer
Skyline Room
3 nights $359.97
- Strip View Upgrade
- 2 Complimentary Welcome Cocktails
- $25 Retail Credit
- 2 for 1 Breakfast at Il Fornaio
- 2 for 1 Spa Pass
- 2 for 1 Roller Coaster Pass
2. Monte Carlo - Summer Escape 2009 Offer
Strip View Deluxe Room - $383.00
2-for-1 Buffet at Monte Carlo
2-for-1 II Fornaio Breakfast at NYNY
2-for-1 drinks at BRAND Steakhouse inside Monte Carlo
2-for-1 ROK Vegas™ Admission at NYNY
2-for-1 Roller Coaster passes at NYNY
2-for-1 Lance Burton Tickets at Monte Carlo
2-for-1 Spa Admission at Monte Carlo
35% off Zumanity™ Tickets at NYNY
Can anyone offer any advice here as to standard/value etc?
Also, I'm a little worried at the fact that you cannot guarantee a 2-bed room at any hotel on the strip (as far as I can see). Has anyone had any problems with this (eg stuck with one king bed?).
Finally, we are thinking of doing this for the Saturday night

Anyone done this?
Sorry for all the questions! Thanks for your help

I got a deal where I had 2 x free beers, 2 x buffet and 2 x gym passes. All for $50 a night. Stopped 2 nights.
Went to see Zumanity a couple of years back. Can't say those kind of shows float my boat, but the misses enjoyed it.
And your question on the Mandalay bay. Stopped there a couple of years back and there was no resort fee. Great pool there. They also have (had?) a "european" style pool. IE - topless0 -

Don't base your hotel decision on a show discount offer. There is currently a 35% discount on Zumanity tickets through the end of May on https://www.smartervegas.com. Given that its probably the least popular cirque show i'd be surprised if the promotion wasn't extended further. Plus its usually always available at the discount ticket booths.:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0
