I can vouch for that blackjack burger at Burger Bar. Yummy:D

That does sound quite tasty...may have to put that on the list.

I still think the best burger I've ever had was at Mon Ami Gabi...with applewood smoked bacon and gruyere cheese...I could barely eat it as I was spending all my time raving about how awesome it was. :)

Are there any offers out for September yet?

Looks like LCI are doing Paris for $75 per night. That is really good price. We would stay there again but not bother trying the $40 trick for a red room. Would ask for a "P" room instead.
On the subject of the "trick" we have tried it now probably more than 10 times and it has worked every time
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

I read that over on open Vegas and the conscientious seems to be it should be treated with a pinch of salt. I made a comment on a different thread that only Vegas could hype up a beef pattie. Give me In&Out 4x4 animal style any day.

    'animal style' oo-errr?

I had to google !!!!!! that burger was stoneman haha - superb...

found this that seems to sum it up:

"That's four beef patties, four pieces of cheese, onions, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce. "

i can almost taste the grease :D

i really should try some more of these burger gaf's - not done many but the chilli-con-carne burger i had at 'Johnny Rockets' was superb!

great pics btw Stew :D cheers - keep 'em coming :p brightens the place up! lol

edit: does anyone think that his finger 'underneath' the burger looks bloody massive!?... seems to make what should be a huge burger, look not that huge at all!

edit2: just realised! apologies if that pic is of you stoneman lol - i didn't mean it about your finger :D

I am so impressed! A double/double animal style is my usual - have never actually seen a 4x4 in person...I bet it is a sight to behold. :)

There's actually no mustard on the burger in condiment form -but the patty is grilled in mustard...the onions are grilled and there are also pickles. I do love my animal style. :)

There are a few places to find out more about the 'secret menu'...which if you're not familiar with it, will make the menu inside the restaurant look a little bit small.

    I like this one:

cheers ferf - will have a look later :D had just read that about the mustard stuff (on Wikipedia of all places! :D )

have to say that although a secret menu is exciting stuff, the secret prices and my awful memory (to remember what i'm ordering) would probably make me just look stupid :D
