Finally left Primus, signed up to O2 Monday afternoon, received router pack today and going live next Monday! Also did Quidco which tracked in under an hour!

if i already got O2 broadband the contract is up if i cancel and go back thru quidco go will they allow it ?

o2 dont seem to be offering a deal tho,. just standard sign up for another year,

is there a Retention dept for boardband,.

you can't signup again until 6 months after you cancel

you can try and ask them for a deal sometimes works but not as much lately

tried to renew for 12 months a couple of times lately but was only offered a £2.50 discount even though I mentioned the 2 free months & Quidco discount for new members. They mentioned that with the discount I would be getting it for only £5.00 but I created that discount by being an O2 mobile customer!!

My existing ISP contract is about to expire and based on the useful information in this thread, I'm considering a new one with O2. I've scoured the O2 site but I can't see any clear statement about VAT.

Can anyone tell me whether the headline monthly charges on O2 include VAT or not, please?

Yes, that is what I did last week on Quidco. It tracked in well under an hour and this week says validated to be paid September. :j
