Thanks Sarah for your words of comfort.
It's the feelings of guilt afterwards that nag away at me after I ordered that hang around getting louder telling me I'll never change.
Yes I need to realise I have changed, changed for the better and I am getting there. Blimey it's like being at work saying all of this!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
I know what you mean about the feeling of guilt after buying stuff! I still feel it too. But saying that you feel guilt shows how far you have come!

I can't believe it! I still have loads of Liz Earle to use up, so I have promised myself that I will not buy any more of the things I [STRIKE]need[/STRIKE] want (eyebright, eye creams etc) until I have used the things that I have got - needless to say I won't be buying for some time!! I also found out that I have two liquid hand soaps, not the one that I thought!
I am currently using a hand cream, that I don't even like, on my feet and lower legs, at night because I don't wanna throw it away!... I have two mini shower gels on the go, and about 4 body lotions that are half used - a couple of which smell minging, but I AM GOING TO USE THEM!!!
Anyway, thats enough rambling, its not all about me!
Chin up fedup, you're doing great!

LOL at the minging body lotions, I have a load of those on the go and have had some periods of REALLY bad hair during this challenge because of my determination to USE everything instead of binning stuff.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Same here,
I'm using Ojon shampoos (shine and hydrating) and conditioner neither of which I rate and I can't wait until it is all used up then no more Ojon for me and I won't be suckered in by the sellers on QVC again. Did think about selling the bottles with just a bit used but I think I will use it up instead. Doesn't do much for my hair.
Well done Sarah :T on what you have used up :T what you have sold :T nice to read that and see what other's are doing.
Haven't managed to finish any other bottles up yet, particularly can't wait for this body lotion to end as it smelling a bit sickly after it is used every day. Smelt nice at first, now a bit too strong for me!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Morning all
I have been pretty good on the whole. Have been using up stuff and realise that I still have LOADS to use up.
I clearly still can't resist a 'bargain'! I have taken advantage of the £5 Boots No 7 voucher on 2 occassions! Both on facial moisturisers 'for when I run out'! Still need to learn about this.
I have read a few of the last pages and am thinking about the next 100 day challenge - I do love planning! So here is what I am going to do:- Continue with the current 100 day challenge of not buying any toiletries unless I need it
- Make a list of products I do have in the 'product drawer' and stick it next to the dressing table
- Make a concerted effort to use up what I do have - including samples etc
- Identify what I won't use and give away/ebay/freecycle
- Make my nails a priority - I have LOADS of OPI and Nails Inc stuff so I am going to do my nails at least 2ce a week
- Think of a new challenge for the next 100 day challenge - I am thinking no chocolate and crispts for 100 days.
Good luck to everyone for the final few days. Having read the last few pages it is clear that we have all moved forward - even with our blips. Think what we would have spent (and what we would still have in cupboards/drawers) had we not joined the challenge!

Fedup don't be too hard on youself. You have come a long way:beer: I especially found it hard going into the 2nd 100 days. The first challenge was a breeze compared to this time round:rolleyes: But we all know better now;) Just think of what we would have spent. I'm sure the combined total would be:eek:100 Day Pot £13

My dates run from 11 March to 18 June 2009 for the 200 day challenge.
I continue to include all cosmetics, skincare, haircare and any other toilettries unless I have run out and need it and will use it.
I also add chocolate and crisps and ready meals to this challenge as my next things to work on. I'll include crisps when my current pack runs out next week.
Hang in there everyone, you'll be there sooner than you think :j
Truly heaven sent this thread is to me :A :T
I haven't been on for a while, but I haven't brought any cosmetics, makeup or skincare so will include myself in the timeframe that Fedup has posted. I am also adding cleaning products (except dishwashing liquid) and clothes (except bras). I am thoroughly broke so it should not be too hard to stick to.;)Thailand 3010/15000 20150 -
Hi guys, yesterday i finished off another two beauty products, taking it to twelve finished products for the year so far. i used up an intense hair cream i was using as a shaving cream, i didn't like it on my hair and using it on my legs was better than throwing it away. Have to admit it was the better shaving cream i have ever used!! I also finished off a conditioner which has been hanging around for a while.
Chocolate challenge is still going well although i can feel my resolve slipping somewhat!!:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

I have to confess to slipping while on holiday.
I had to buy body cream and aloe vera gel for sunburn.
Shame i couldnt bring them home though, no room in my bag:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
Just the usual weekly (ish!) update.
No problems this week. Have replaced old bad habits with new better ones - I always think about work lunches when doing the grocery shop, and know that I am set for the week ahead.
Smellies - easy to avoid this week as haven't followed the path of temptation!! Went for a walk round the block a couple of lunchtimes, taking the no shops route. And seem to be watching a lot less of QVC.
Good look to all on what remains of the challenge.0
