I've also discovered an alternative to the LE Orangeflower Bodywash, again its only £5 and its virtually chemical free which means I can use it on DS too - I bought him a fairly cheap one from the supermarket, and his skin has gone quite dry - and will cost a lot less than the LE one (although its still my favourite
)
So I'll be buying a new moisturiser soon... and a new mascara - have nearly finished one, and I have a voucher which means I can get a mascara for £1
Sx
I think the Boots Botanics thing requires more investigating - my absolute favourite face scrub is the Men's Botanics with Willowbark (for softening stubble!!!), you're keen on one of the moisturisers (which one by the way, as I have a couple of unopened ones in my stash & need to sort out which to use up next?) - as the whole range is pretty cheap & cheerful I'm now wondering if there are more hidden gems to be discovered?
Anyone have any more experiences (good or bad) with Boots Botanics range?
What's your alternative to the LE bodywash? Not that I'm a LE girl, but will shortly be in the market for some more showergel/bodywash (last bottle, yay, yay, yay!) and would be good to be able to use the same for me & the kids - am *loving* just having a couple of bottles on the side of the bath!
I have the mascara voucher too - and a Boots Botanics one on the same leaflet...do you think Boots are getting worried about us?? :rotfl:0 -
Still doing ok here:D I have almost finished the bubble bath I use for the kids and for the first time in l looooong time I actually need to buy more:j100 Day Pot £13

I think they probably are! I have tried a couple of Botanics products, and they're pretty good as well as inexpensive. OH uses the mens moisturiser for after shaving (which I have been stealing the last couple of days for my legs)
The shower gel is called Organic Surge, and I think there are 3 'flavours' although I have only tried the one I have (bergamont and something) I will definately be trying another one... and I'm another one loving the lack of bottles on the side of the bath:T

No one would believe us, would they???
If it makes you feel better I still have the motherload of conditioner to get through - and I hardly ever use it! Why on earth do I have so much of the stuff - I swear it's breeding in the wardrobe!
I'm reduced to shaving my legs with it to use it up - at this rate I'll be hair-free 'til 2020... :rotfl:0 -
LOL - I am about to slap more night cream on my arms, am loving the improvisations, what else could I use 6 bottles of nail varnish remover for???
I would need to shower 6 times a day to get through my shower gel stash in a year. Bloody Christmas presents (obviously nothing to do with the ludicrous amount I bought in the first place).
At least the shampoo/conditioner is under control for me, maybe we should trade.
ETA the night cream I am using is "skin rescue rejuvenating night cream"

We are certainly seeing some alternative uses for traditional products - I never would have thought to use conditioner to shave my legs with'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0 -

Well I may have exaggerated, there are three bottles (two different cutex and one OPI) and three tubs of nail varnish remover pads (Quickies, Boots own and Mavala). I left the individually wrapped ones (body shop and another random make) off of the count
