I promise. Paypal really crapped out on us. It would take 6-8 days to make a payment through our mass payment account so we now have to do it manually.

I'll come back tomorrow and take my lumps if I don't follow through.

As for paragraphing reviews. Yeah that would be nice. Would be nice with PMs too. It is a bug we were working on when the avalanche started on.

well, as CBU said, I didn't get paid yesterday, but I DID get a personal email saying I would be paid today an I feel positive about it. Once again, as soon as I am paid I will post here

Hmmmm. I'm an reviewer too and I didn't get an email or paid. They do seem genuinely to be having problems though....

Caoimhin, if you haven't been told your status you need to go and check on the blog posts - you're probably a rookie or a beginner (although I never got an email telling me and I'm a reviewer).

Long story short… Paypal won’t work for 6-8 days. That is not acceptable so we came up with a workaround to get you paid today or tomorrow.
Our Paypal Mass Payment tool, it allows us to send a large number of payments through Paypal in one simple process, would not work. We finally tracked down the root cause of our errors after many, many hours on the phone with Paypal technical support. But the problem is that it will take 6-8 days for us to be able to process payments using our Mass Payment tool. Relax, keep reading…
That is not acceptable for us and it would definitely not be acceptable for you. In order to process today’s payments we have had to begin processing payments on an individual manual basis. A number of you have already received at least partial payments, the rest of you should receive payments tomorrow
One piece of good news, the Mass Payment process can take up to 5 business days. The manual process should be almost immediate, barring email issues between you and Paypal.
This was a tough day after a series of tough weeks. But I think I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel… or is that a train rushing towards me? Seriously, things are getting better here. We have the Paypal issue resolved and once we get the editorial queue up and running we should have all the major pieces in place.

I did 13 hours straight on the first day, then about 5 lots of 2 hours an evening. You can read my method of review writing earlier in the thread (which was then torn to pieces by a couple of people hehe).

I got paid too. did you get charged by paypal bruffyboy? I got charged two dollars. Have sent a query to James about it.
