Guess what guys......I GOT THE CALL :beer: Can u believe it?! I can't! I got the call at 4.55 p.m and when I was pretty much down in the dumps and giving up!! I'm sooooo happy.:j
I was told that it will only be for year and perhaps less or more depending on the economic situation. I don't really care though. I just want a job and I can start looking for internal positions etc once i'm in!!
did you get your preferred location? i'm a bit further down the ML than you were (59th), so maybe i'll get the call next week.0 -

I have accepted and start on Tuesday!
Its 20 hrs a week for 3-6 months, then full time after that - Permanent.
A nice gentle intro for someone who hasn't worked for 18 years!
Starting salary £16,000 pro rata with uniform provided, twice yearly bonuses, 20% discount at their stores, 6 weeks holidays.

Yes I did its in Wisbech, about 15min drive from where I live.0 -
After my excitment and surprise of actually getting the call I forgot to ask about the important stuff lol. Will they send me my contract in the post and will they send me info also about the pension schemes?0
