Go for the 1st job then, if you have a little one to get back for you dont want to be stuck on motorways till all hours do you? when it comes down to it, we just want a job, 9-5 would be nice, think of the other stuff you have to fit in as well, like, shopping, cooking, cleaning, ironing and looking after your daughter, a job in it self (but money is crap lol) seriously though, if its going to be stressful take the first offer. yeah im gonna phone her in a bit and say the same 2 her, unless there is a provision where ur back in office at say 4 everyday then i think its gonna be the office based 1, thanks hunny

Shock horror!!!! Got a letter asking me if I am still interested. If so, to fill in form and sign..

I have just posted it.

To think all along I have been waiting for the call in another IRC because I had given up hope with 60076, now I have 2 calls to wait for!

I think the freeze has definitely thawed.

I know I still have to wait but at least the wait doesn't seem too long.

That sounds like you are going to get the call for either quite soon doesnt it? good luck. Its like buses isnt it? lol

Regulars on here will remember the interview I had recently with B & Q during which my mum kept phoning about the purse.............
Incredibly, they have just phoned me to offer me the position! I can't believe it!

I have accepted and start on Tuesday!

Its 20 hrs a week for 3-6 months, then full time after that - Permanent.
A nice gentle intro for someone who hasn't worked for 18 years!
Starting salary £16,000 pro rata with uniform provided, twice yearly bonuses, 20% discount at their stores, 6 weeks holidays.

The beers are chilling already - yay! :beer:
