Me too!! well done to you which is your local officelegendofguyipoua wrote: »This is my first post on here and I would like to thank everybody for their invaluable advice with regards to interview tips, possible questions, techniques etc.
I had an interview for IRC60811 on the 31st August and had my success letter through today for an EO role in Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire.
All the talk of freezes and holds on here is slightly disheartning, but I did get told at my local jobcentre that people are needed so I guess that's a good sign?! I'm not holding my breath though and have sorted a temporary job in the meantime (that's about half the money!).
ANybody else have a letter from this area?
Once again BIG thanks to you all.0 -

Its based in Durham in the North East, I got a successull letter end of August, no mention of waiting list so I presume i went on the merit list, disclosure back last week dated 4 September and the call today! its for EO position0 -
Well i went to see the nursery Sonny will be going to and its amazing, he loves it already. He ran away to play while i spoke to the manager lol. Good thing is, althought its £175 a week (shock horror lol) i only pay 20% of that so im well happy. Also went to see my lone parent advisor at the office i'll be working in and when i came in, one of the managers came out and introduced herself and said they were looking forward to me starting, she was very nice so i feel at ease now. Also got all the financial stuff sorted out. So its all good here today0

Well done cheekyweegit, really happy for you. Are you having a wee drinkie tonight??;) :T
I'd love to have a drink but even a hot toddy is out of the question just now thanks to this stinker of a cold, but a friend of mine has already booked the first Friday after work for after work drinkies. I've not done that for years and it's a scary thought. A nice one too though!
Anyone else starting at Dundee?0
