Hi. Congratulations on getting the good news! It must be a lovely feeling to know that, at last, a job has turned up.

Best of luck in your new job.

Yipppppeeeeee. at last, was actually quite quick compared to some. i was thinking that now they have done all the checks i am going to have to wait ages until they call me to start. i would say on the whole my experience has actually been ok. i never called them, but i did e-mail them a few times. but you do need to be on top of things.

good luck to those who are still waiting, you will get there eventually and i hope all those that have started are enjoying it.

    Hi JDF.
Not been on for a while. Just to let you know we are training at same office and going to be based there too. Noticed on one of your previous posts. See you there 9am sharp. I'm going to walk on 1st day as won't get stuck in traffic and it's only 20mins away.

    Hi Cadellin and JDF

It's going to be funny as your both starting at the same office but you won't know each other. Unless your the only two EO's starting on that day!! You'll have to both agree a secret handshake :D !!

    What do you think Orb?

Roll your trouser leg up and shake hands between your legs?
Rub your nose with your left hand when shaking with your right?
Say 'pleased to meet you' in a geordie accent (in a reference to our friends in HR)?

    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had applied for a EO position in Derbyshire and had heard anything back yet? It's just that it's been 4 weeks since the interview and I've heard nothing back yet.

Was this the IRC60663 EO position??
If so I attended my interview in Derby on 9th July and received a letter on 31st July (letter dated 29th July) staing I had been successful at my interview and I have now been placed on a waiting list. I have been advised by my Lone Parent Adviser at JCP that this is the normal procedure and I will definately be hearing from them soon about a start date. She is working with someone at the moment that has been working there for about 5 weeks and they started training 2 weeks after the waiting list letter. Which office did you want if you get offered a position??

    Hope this helps you.
