DWP employment waiting list

Yep, I was interviewed in the west district as its nearest to me. However, I was told that the position, should I be offered one, could be at any one of the 5 london districts. So I guess it will depend on where you are on this mysterious merit list, everyone speaks of. Somewhere at the bottom? Then perhaps there isn't a choice.

Yes, I was interview by manpower and jcp employees, respectively. I think manpower have the contract to deal with the london & south east exercises.

Has anyone from the previous london & south east exercises been able to find out where they are on this 'merit list'. I think in my case its still too early to ask as they are still awaiting my crb.

Hi all.I atended the assesment day in Preston on 14/04/2009 for E.O. position and after what seems like forever I finally got the call on Friday.Istart at Nelson J.C. on monday 27/07/2009.Anyone else waiting for this area?

Success Email 14th May
Success letter 29th May
Disclosure Scotland 19th June
Tel Health assessment 6th July
Telephone offer 20th July
Start date 27th July

I applied for five roles with a closing date of 23rd June. I did the online tests and had interviews for two of the five roles (13th and 15th July) but haven't heard anything about the others three positions.

Looking at some of the messages on here I might be in for a very long wait.

What are the IRC references for the 3 roles that you haven't heard for since doing the online tests. I did the test on 2nd July and haven't heard anything since.
