No. I am starting shortly as an EO. I was just wondering what responsibilities the next grade up had to assume. To be honest I haven't seen any HEO posts advertised recently.

Well done. I hope you will enjoy your new job. There haven't been many HEO vacancies advertised, except the London and Birmingham posts I have been successful at and more recently another one somewhere in the South.

I thought not. Good luck with your new role also - whichever one you choose!

Seems as if I was a bit impatient in finally registering as I got my phone call today for AO in Bham & Solihull. I start 10 August and cannot be more pleased!

    Good luck to everyone else.

Congrats...what JC + will you be working at and what role?

    :D
Lol, no, but I was interviewed at the Oval and there was a greensman rolling the green in the background, which I found surreal and distracting in equal measures.

Yes, my other half was! He said there was also what appeared to be a Bar Mitzvah going on and he had to wait to be interviewed (at lunch time) next to a buffet that was for some other conference that was going on! :D

Hi there, welcome aboard, the timeline you have given for london EO is similar to mine but was allocated for North east and East london district. Which district were you interviewed for or which district are you hoping to work in. Were you interviewed by Manpower (and one other person from JCP).
