    Lolol! How's it going SF?

Not too bad thanks for asking - working as a AO in a Benefit delivery office (non-customer facing) - not too bad but wouldnt mind being an EO :P lol

I know. That's why I was asking! So you're enjoying the job? Any chance of applying internally for EO?

If they offer me AO before EO (as they might) I don't know what to do. A bird in the hand etc but I WANT THAT EO JOB!!

Training will include topics such as

    basic introduction,
    keeping safe,
    barriers to work,
    external relations,
    Labour Market system,
    decision makers and appeals
    Customer relations,
    Job-seekers agreements.

different areas will aproach the training in different ways so duration will vary - Coventry and Warwickshire is about four / five weeks tutor led training and then shaddowing JCp member of staff at your home Job Centre.

    Full salary immediately.

Take the AO post, then you'll be working and can take the EO post if offered. I started in an EO post but I'm hoping for an HEO interview in the next fortnight. My manager is aware and supportive - I was actually told to apply for it whilst being offered the EO position!

Cheers. But I actually have the EO post, it's just a question of waiting for the start date, so it could be a matter of days between the two. But yeah that's what I'll do, if the eventuality arises.

What was the point of your stupid comment? are you doubting what I posted? are you suggesting that I'm not telling the truth?
