I am not (yet) set up to rehouse my children. My bedsit is unsuitable. Social services will come to me as their biological father when they are arrested for benefit fraud, dealing in contraband, trading as unlicenced minicab, mobile mechanic (his van is outside the house every night) et-al.. I understand this carries a custodial sentance on conviction.

Zara33 since you were the one who joined my thread with an adverse comment then you applauded someone who thinks I should not have a 2nd family (after being deliberately deprived of my first), i think its best you stay with the PWC group. I am in the NRP group and not interested in what you think.

It does not work like that . I would help both NRP's and PWC's if i thought i could.

The CSA is a joke and does not differentiate, it can treat PWCs and NRPs appalingly due to its negligence and incompetence and it certainly can have an adverse affect on children.

I pay for two children through the CSA from two relationships, 10% for each PWC, not that simple the CSA have not paid one some months but always pay the other and often over pay her. Not that I can get to the bottom of it as they will not provide a break down of where my money has gone.

Then they start to claim non-existent arrears from 2005 via DEO, I have asked them to take me to court so that an independent forum can decide on what is right. They refuse.

As I said a joke!

Exactly but as you have stated the CSA affects both the NRP and the PWC.
