I know this is a fact for CSA2 cases. Im pretty sure it is the same for CSA1 but you would need to check with kelloggs.
Bear in mind though this figure relates only to the DEO. They can at the same time go for a liability order. So called parallel enforcement.0 -

Well you have been given incorrect information my chum
And the only person here posting imflammatory and irrelevant comments is you. I am very clear where you have come from and what you are trying to do and if you were a genuine new poster to the forum then you would have questioned some of the things I have remarked on. But then you and I have spoke before on this forum - you are just choosing to use another name.0 -

Im not clued up on liability order. I dont think my case has reached that stage yet.
I'll have a dig among the piles of regulations and look that 40% limit and see if it is prescribed in law. I already know 30% of a 75 hours week is well above 40% of my normal 40 hour week. I now only need the law itself and i think we're rock & roll.
I really could do with a signal where in the legislation i should start looking. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0 -

Mothballed i totally agree with everything you are saying, you seem to be a very intellegent person with the right perspective on this issue.
I however am a partner of an nrp therefore i am the scurge of the earth, i will be slated, as i have an opinion and a one differing to those of pwc which is the only opinion that is seeminigly allowed on this particular part of this site.
the csa is a farce and it is against fathers (primarily) and destroys relationships between children and nrp, what other organisation pays someone to keep children from another parent ? i would say thats a form of child abuse - to deny a child access to a nrp parent . and the sad thing is pwc promote this with force.
just watch this space as they slate me, ha ha, then again theve gotta fight to keep their benefits havent they. its all about the money with no regard to the mental, physical, emotional and environmental wellbeing of the child(ren).
Mothballed i am behind you every step of the way0 -
Loopy Lass was intended. I wanted to know if you would construe the comment to be directed at you. It confirms you have a propensity to make an assumtion and treat it as fact. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. Now now Jacklink...you know that most of the PWC who use this board work. Last you commented it was you and your husband who were claiming benefits and had spent money from the HMRC that they had put in your account by accident. How is the job hunting going?:)
Oooh whilst you are on, you could actually clarify something for Mothballed. He seems to think that CSA monies can't come out of benefits - your husband is on benefits and pays a sum from his from what I can recall - is that right?0 -
I was asking a question. No assumptions made. If you read the post you will see there is no reference to me and I merely asked when LL, as a user of this forum, had started commenting on it.0

You hit the nail on the head. The CSA denied my children a paternal family life. Child abuse might be a too-strong word in this sense but the CSA motive is clearly financial and they freely admit to having no structure in place to ensure the children benefit from the money it collects.
A financial adviser likened the CSA to being an absent fatherhood tax because the money doesnt necessarily bebefit the children and its payable (and enforceable in the same way as a tax) regardless of whether or not the father chooses to be absent.
I came here with an open mind and its clear there are trolls on this forum looking to start a flame war. It even got as far as posting baseless and judgemental accusations claiming I am trying to get out of paying child support.
Somebody even suggested that am reckless (for what better word) for asking for what is already a basic lawful right - to have a normal family life and access to a fair trial. These are a basic conestone of English law.
I know the law doesnt seem to matter to the CSA, but its clear the NRP's basic rights are forfeited by virtue for being an absent parent. The CSA is unjust, oppressive and discriminates men. If you tell me otherwise then 2 and 2 is 5, and you have a Ph.D in rendering bovine fecal matter.0
