welcome to my world snowedunderitall, and good luck with your training!!! (and thanks for saying i am positive, dont feel it most of the time so glad that doesnt always come across)

well, my cakes never got sold in the end, the school have apparently entered them into some competition, although i wasnt aware there was one and not sure what the prizes are or even when its going to be judged..........watch this space.

smarties, a basic cake mix is:
8oz sugar mixed into 8 oz of marg (stork is best) untill light in colour. mix in 4 eggs (i do one at a time, adding the next egg when the other is well mixed in) and then mix in 8 oz of flour and 5mls vanilla essence/extract.
i use a hand mixer as dont have a fancy mixer like they do on the tv but finds it works just as well.

still need to pull my finger out with xmas pressies, its dec on tues and will be xmas before i know it and everything i want will be out of stock.

Hello!!

my god its freezing here and have now got weather warnings out for bad snow we have only just got over the bad rain up here.

well i seem to have lost my way along my dfw path, my enthusiasum has waned a little. thinking its just coz all i seem to be doing at the moment is buying xmas pressies.........but at least the momey is there so not adding to it. really want to be debt free by 2012 (2 years before my snowball dfd) so need to get back onto it really.

Not long to payday now so will hopefully have a little extra in there to put to the egg2 card. really need my overdraft gone now............thats the pain in my bum at the moment, roll on jan/feb when i can hopefully move it to a 0% card and get rid!!!!!

watching spendaholics as we speak to find my mojo again!:rotfl:
