Samsung F210 Blue for £18.50 inc delivery!

Going back to the F210, has anyone managed to get it working with the USB lead?

Mine works if you put it in media player mode but if you select the Samsung PC suite connection on the phone the computer doesnt pick it up?

I've installed the drivers from the disc and PC suite several times in different order but still no joy.

just rang them....no luck still none in stock and was offered the 3 alternatives of the Motorola , the samsung e250 or another one....
not sure which to go for....but sooooo wanted the f210

check ur fone connection settings makr sure in usb connection its on ask on connection and try disabling u fire wall on ya comp

Tried that, have set the phone to all the settings and it still wont connect.

I'm not really that worried but its just a bit frustrating, I cant work out why it wont work.

Did they say it will be a straight replacement with no further cost whichever handset you choose from the 3 (purple samsung j700 is the other one).

Anybody phoning, please mention trading standards as i advised several days ago when they didnt arrive, when they took the money they confirmed the contract of sale, this as now been broken a/they did not deliver by said date b/they are not supplying the phone they said they would. I suppose the people who slated me then are the ones who will be back on here slating me again but hey ho not to worry

I spoke to them on the phone .... I asked to check it would just be a replacement for the other and wouldn't cost me any more than I have already been charged, she said thats right, I can have the ROKR at no extra charge and it will be delivered on Thursday. Fingers crossed hey!!:rolleyes:

I have not heard a single thing from orange since the day i ordered 28/12/08 i phoned yesterday and they said it would arrive today but i don,t really know what to believe.

They did messed up. However they are offering alternatives, one which is at a higher price - Moto E8 as straight replacement so maybe it's not so bad. But you could always insist that you will wait for them to get the stock of f210 for you. I cannot wait so are taking the moto e8.

Bluebro - if u dont get the f210 today then you can phone them up and get 1 alternative of 3 they offered.

i too have the same problem i have not received any email to say mine is being dispatched nor that it cannot be fulfilled just the original email with the order number i dont really know what to do they have taken my money for the phone however
