same here they have told me my phone will be here tomorrow but the cs chap wasnt sure what phone was being sent out as it mentioned the samung but it also mentioned the motorola rokr so will wait and see

The f210 just got delivered to me! Fortunately that I was indoor today. I'm not sure what to make of the whole thing.

Well the phone is cute and a lot smaller than I thought. Now I'm going to unlock it.

#Just unlocked the phone with the samsung v4.0.4 as advise by a helpful member on here.
I wonder whether I will also get the moto e8 deliver as well, wishful thinking

I've emailed them back and said that i can't understand how they can take orders and then not fulfil them, especially as it's not as if the phone is being discontinued.

I also said i'm happy to wait for new stock to arrive. I doubt i'll even get a response, but i'm not happy to just sit back and accept their alternatives.

Have they just mis priced it and now have realised how much it's gonna cost them? I think from my point of view, this is the first time i've ever ordered anything from Orange (my phone's with O2) and to be honest i'm not overly impressed with their customer service.

I've just had the email, I've picked the Rokr E8 as an alternative, it looks cuter than the F210

well i chose the motorola yesterday as a replacement and was told that it would be delivered thursday (tomorrow) however i have still not received a dispatch email has everybody been receiving a dispatch email before they get their phone as i am getting worried now

There was no dispatch email for me so I wouldn't worry if I was you.

I received my 2 F210's today and received no dispatch emails so wouldn't worry either.

i've just got the dreaded email. I ordered the next day after the thread was first started but it looks as though whoever gets them is completely random bar those that ordered on the 26th. I might just sit on it until they get new stock in which has to be some point soon as it's a popular phone

my sis ordered this and received the email telling her to pick another phone, then surprise surprise it turns up today!

someones else had opened the box before though and just resealed it!!!!
