they said there is no way theya re getting any more in stock. my daughter is so dissapointed.....but I have ordered the moto E8 as orange have taken the money from my account and i cant afford to go and buy another one before friday....Just hope it comes before then
really peeved off at Orange. have been saying for a week yes its coming back in tomorrow....

yes i was told the same and my nephew too is so very disappointed i have ordered the motorola too as it was an birthday pressie for him rather late now

I've just called up Orange and have been informed that I am one of the lucky ones who will receive this phone and the order is being packaged as we spoke on the phone, so will receive tomorrow or Thursday. Guy on phone did say that others who missed out on this phone can choose from the other alternative 3 handsets instead at the same price. So it seems that orange are at least trying to keep as many customers as happy as possible.

God this company hasn't a clue and this will be the last time I deal with them.

Seems that they want to charge an additonal amount for changing the f210 order to the E8? Did anyone else get this? Spoke to 3 different agents this evening, they didn't even bother asking for my order number to check its status. One lady was very abrupt and said "did you not get the email, we don't deal with web orders", another one said about the alternative but would incur an additional charge and the final third agent said to hold on until the end of the week as the phones may be back in stock :mad: Talk about clueless, sorry Orange, this isn't good enough.

no i phoned this evening and they assured me no extra costs were involved for the e8 and it is being sent out tomorrow, i was told no way would i get the samsung f210 it was totally sold out i would ring back again

Mine didn't come today despite their assurances it would.

Second day in waiting. But then why am I surprised when in the past I have had to wait months for Orange to disconnect my non-existent internet connection they ruined but were still charging me for.

And who writes their emails? Could they not have made it clear that the phones were at no extra cost or given an explanation of how we get a refund.

As for the discrepancies between what they tell you on the phone and what they say in an email!

is there no one higher up than a sales advisor we can complain to ? i too have been told for a week Phone will be back in stock. then tonight told i could have the e8 in SILVER....as f210 wont be back in stock....then rang again to be told No...the moto e8 does not come in silver black only .....!!!!!!.......

I have been told by Orange that they have an extra 200 coming in.
They had 600 phones and got 6000 orders.
I guess they are hoping most people will take the other phones that they do have in stock so as not to have to reorder the f210 at a loss.

I don't know what to do. The E8 will probably be out of stock very soon.
